I would have rated 5 stars as my previous experience was great…get online, make purchase, receive product. This time however, i called and my experience was reaching a female rep answered so quickly, that I was unable to understand what she said when she answered. When asked if this was HVAC filters, she said, in an incredibly short and smarmy voice, “yes, how can I help you”? Will never buy from here again. Customer service is important to me and I vote with my wallet. Not a great business model to allow her to be front line for customers.

Same as the other reviews, I give this company high praise for the value, speed, and accuracy of this order. Late Thursday afternoon I ordered 12 GlasFloss furnace filters, they shipped them Friday, and the box arrived FAST - Noon Saturday, in perfect condition.
FedEx is on top of their game, too. Good choice of carrier.

Seems scammy at first but filters were fast, inexpensive and perfect. The ability to order filters simply and have a clear understanding of the filter rating is great. The bulk pricing makes buying for the year easy and inexpensive. For $60 at Home Depot I would get 2 filters at best. On this site I got filters for the whole year (I have 2 furnaces with different filter sizes). Would recommend.

I was very cautious about purchasing from this company because there isn't much info on them and very few reviews, and the prices seemed too good to be true, but I am so glad I decided to give them a try! The filters arrived sooner than expected and are very well made! I will purchase from them again!
