I was a subscriber and then they stopped shipping products with no communication and kept charging my account. I emailed them and no reply.

I got scammed by this company, and then I complained via social media and finally got a refund. If you haven’t got yours email: georgia @ hwrco.com.au

Was a subscriber since 2021 then orders stopped. No communication. Tried to call - no answer. They have simply disappeared. Website is still up and running so very strange. Assuming they have sadly gone bust. Have cancelled subscription and removed cc details.

Used to be good but no longer!

I had been a customer for years however have now cancelled all my subscriptions.

Customer service has become non existent, products are out of stock with no notification to customers yet they have still charged the subscription fee. Really really disappointing.

Has always been a great company and product but I just ran out of toilet paper and when I checked to see where my subscription was it hadn't been fulfilled on 1st Oct when they charged me and shows out of stock and no email notification. Based off reviews on here I'll be filing a complaint with credit card company and will go consumer affairs if that's unsuccessful.

Thankfully I haven’t lost money like others. But I used to love this company and order from them all the time. I tried for ages to contact them about why everything was showing as ‘sold out’, but couldn’t get a straight answer from them. I’m guessing they’ve gone bust. If they’ve taken your money please report to the Dept of Fair Trading for them to investigate.

Still getting directed debited and not receiving products. No email to contact, no answer on phone or socials.

Company appears to have ghosted. More than happy to take charge my card but no responses anywhere.

Please do not purchase from this company. I am also a subscriber having exactly the same issues as below. Money taken more than 2 weeks ago and no sign of anyone there ! No reply to emails nor calls …..

I’ve ordered a couple of time previously from HWR and the product was shipped immediately and was good quality when it arrived. My most recent order made on 6 April has never arrived and multiple contacts via email and chat on their platform have been unanswered. I’m now going through the bank to have the charge disputed. Waste of time.

Extremely disappointed. I've been a long time customer, and have spent over 1500 dollars with them, I make the effort to go eco and pay more for it to try and do the right thing, but HWR has screwed me over.

I received a partial delivery and not the main items in my order. I have tried their chat for help so many times AND emailed with no response via any channel. Something is going on with this company by the looks of it, I've never had an issue before, but all the other customer reviews as experiencing the same as me lately...I wonder if they're going bust?

Be careful using this company now...I for one will not be returning as a customer to them...I'm going to have to find somewhere else to take my business.

This used to be an awesome company that produced a fabulous product. Unfortunately this has now been tarnished. I placed and order in early March. I only received part of my order at the end of April. Part of my order is still missing. There have been no responses to any emails, messages via social media or the website or any way the get through on the phone. Absolute ZERO response or even an apology or offer of a refund yet will still take your money and you'll get nothing in return. Just be honest with your customers and communicate!

I LOVED this company but...my last order was incomplete and I can't get onto anyone. I'm so sad and disappointed.

In the past i have had great experiences, however I have not been able to contact them about my recent order that was due to ship a couple of weeks ago.
Incredibly disappointing to be fully charged, receive no contact and obviously receive no items. They should at least provide a refund!

I cannot get in contact with them. I’ve been a subscriber for almost 2 years, my last order hasn’t shipped, I’ve emailed, I’ve called, messaged on social media. I can’t reach anyone to see what’s happening with my order. Have they gone bust without letting their subscribers know??

Tiffany was very efficient at resolving our matter. All taken care of and fixed within 24 hours (including delivery!). She was also courteous and caring with her communication. Thank you again

I am amazing at how good their toilet paper quality is and love how easy their doggy bags are to use.
Recently I’d accidentally had my purchase renewed before I have used my other stock and they were very kind to cancel it and provide me a refund on the same day
