Don’t bother
Purchased on may 2 in the evening. The website says if you order before 2pm they ship that day, however the item wasn’t sent until the 9th of may. The order has now been floating around with aus post bouncing between different depots in Victoria& not heading towards our state yet? 🤔 It’s now saying the order wont be here until the 18th. I have reached out to their team with no reply - all I got when I sent the original email was the shipping info (I think that’s what prompted them to send it) I still haven’t had any further contact despite emails. Just feeling really mislead - also not confident in their customer service team providing a refund or anything at this point if it never arrives. Others have made similar complaints on their social media. We also ordered a significant amount of toilet paper because that’s what they sell only to now just have to buy it all from somewhere else because it’s taken so long to get here … so that’s a bit crap… (haha, pun intended)
