As an OAP, I am trying everything and anything to keep healthy. So, when I saw advertisements about Hydrohealth and how it can help fight certain ailments in our bodies, I decided to invest in it even though I was sceptical.

When I received my order, I emailed my concerns and Gail quickly replied reassuring me with such empathy that I felt so glad to have bought hydrohealth water bottles. It’s been exactly one week that I started to use my bottle and I can confirm that it works. I have actually noticed some improvements around inflammation that was ravaging my whole body. It has boosted my energy and strength. Thank you so much Gail for your understanding and support. Please keep it up

When I received my 3 bottles, I was so excited. I am in kidney failure and trying to maintain, on a fixed income. When I charged and filled the bottles as instructed everyone of them leaked. I tried to call the number and only got a voicemail message. I then reached out via email. Was told to video leaking, then they sent back a video on how I could fix it. I did everything you asked still nothing. So frustrated no one really cared about quality or making it right, I was just supposed to mail everything back. Sorry but I don't have a lot of faith in sending everything back AFTER I paid over 190.00 and hope that this company does the right thing. I am taking things further with our local consumer protection. Update: It cost me 24.00 to send my bottles back. Got a threatening email from a Dario stating he/she didn't think my return request was legitimate because it took me so long. After sometime I did receive some of the money back, I was told I would get the rest of it back once they checked my returned package. I had pictures they were returned just as they were sent, leaks and all. I then got another email a few days ago, again from Dario, that I needed to remember that there was a 15% restocking fee. So it sounds like our Dario is again not going to return they money. CAUTION, if they are recycling the bottles returned , beware THEY LEAK, you will just get others junk. and you will pay for the priviledge of paying even more to return. What a racket! I will also report to Better Business Bureau to try to prevent someone else from having this happen.

I have stage 4 CKD and worried it will end up on Stage 5. When I saw the advertisement and the video, very impressed so ordered just one bottle and declined all other offers. Imagine my shock at £173. Being taken from my account. I contacted the company first then my bank.

My Hydro health bottle started leaking and when I asked for help through the support, Gail was able to send me a video that showed how the gaskets have to be properly in for it not to leak. I was then able to have my husband help me take the bottom off and fix it.

I received a good customer support from Gail. Gail answered my question promptly and provided the answers that I needed. I am so happy for getting my queries answered on time. Adewunmi

I just received my hydro bottle and I'm amazed by the different vibrant colors of the system doing its thing. I took pictures of the stages of colors and sent it to everyone while explaining the purpose, all are ready to purchase one. Woohoo woohoo woohoo

My husband & myself are really using Hydrohealth bottles
My kidney function based on my lab work wasn’t perfect so I decided to try their product. I don’t think I had it for more than a month but I had my annual physical with lab work r/t kidney function. When I checked my results they were all green meaning every single test for kidney function were within normal limits. My NP was impressed & the only change I made was to add hydrohealth H2O bottle, I only drank 1 / day. My husband also has one & I will check his blood work soon
I have recommended to my brother who has kidney problems in my home country so he will order it
I also suggested to a friend who is in the hospital for dialysis & from articles I saw it could be helpful.
My only issue & disappointment 1 of the bottles small white cap just fell off. It hasn’t been a while since I received it but it no longer qualify for a replacement at that time. I was very gentle with it since it’s expensive. I hope it will also be effective to the people I recommend it to. I wish the results of wnl labs will continue. We’re still taking hydrogen water daily

I bought this product over a year ago and after two weeks the bottle stop working

I paid for mine 11/29. I emailed, and got one response, and nothing since. So of course since they have my money now, all I can do is hope and wait. Their customer service number? You get a short recorded message then the call disconnects. There were other companies who offered the same device. I should’ve went with one who care a lot more for their customers personal satisfaction.

I ordered the bottle cause its suppose to help you fight going on dialysis and heal your kidney right?
I bought the kidney patches cause they where suppose to do the same thing!!!!
I used these products for a month before I ultimately had to go on dialysis.
They did NOTHING

So I tryed to return the bottle and they want nothing to do with me. There contact is only email. There phone # let's to email. They simple ignore u and keep taking payments from u. There is NO 60 money back garenteed because these are false products.

My cc company's are involved now and there labeling them scam so im getting all my money back.
I hope you dont deside to order from HYDROHEALTH because u will be disappointed and then scammed when u try to return the items. Keep your money. GO ELSEWHERE I promise. Happy holidays

Top notch! Gail helped me change the address and put priority on getting my order to me. Very grateful. I ordered a bottle on Nov 13,2025 hoping to get it prior to coming to Florida for the Winter. Got down to Florida on Dec 3rd. I contacted Gail and she handled it right away. Evidently my bottle had not left the facility so no problem putting the new address down.

I bought the hydrohealth pro water bottle several months ago, and I was so excited to receive it. I spent $150 on this because I wanted to improve my health and I researched before I bought it. When I received it I tried it out and it was leaking all over the place when I tried to use it. I reached out to customer service, and sent them a video of what was happening. They sent me back an email saying that they were going to send me a replacement. This was May 31st of this year. I waited patiently and did not receive a replacement. I sent a couple more emails, the last one in July, and I still haven't received a replacement or refund, and they have not responded to my emails or resolved this.

Answer one of your three phone numbers and listen to me when I repeatedly requested that you stop sending unsolicited "kidney patches". I will contact BBB, cancel my credit card and notify PayPal. Your service and response are substandard and I have already been scammed out of over $150

Their refund and return policy appears confusing or non-functional. I asked for a refund and they stalled, failed to issue proof of refund, and the refund was delayed so long we passed the time-limit for reversal via my payment provider.
