Don’t waste your money
Products terrible doesn’t do anything just a gimmick not worth it all. You have to pump it up every 2 seconds the chemicals provided are terrible.

Had an issue with a damaged/leaked item. Emailed customer service and Harry, the customer service agent that replied, sorted out a replacement straight away, no issues. Proper customer service. 5 stars all the way.

Placed my first ordered and it arrived very quickly a couple of days later. Received several extra products free in the box as part of the “mystery box” promotion and very much appreciate the extra items. Don’t work for me
I purchased two pump sprayers, pre-wash and snow foam after seeing the advertising videos.
Unfortunately, my experience was very different from the results shown in the marketing. Despite following the instructions, trying different dilution ratios and watching the company’s demonstration videos, the sprayers required constant re-pumping and produced a splattery foam rather than the thick, consistent coverage shown in the adverts.
I used around a half of each bottle over a number of days trying to achieve the advertised results and even had another person try the system with the same outcome. I decided to cut my losses and go back to using my pressure washer and foam cannon. When I looked into returning the products, I found the refund policy to be well below the standards consumers would reasonably expect under consumer law, especially that the products are unfit for purpose in my opinion. which added to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
based on my experience and many others they did not perform anywhere near the standard shown in the promotional videos. As a result, I was very disappointed with the purchase.

Great communication throughout from Hydro, rom order to delivery. I have used the products, great shine on the car and no need to use a pressure washer, only a hose pipe. Saved time on the car washing compared to my old routine and products. Well done Hydro.

I Don’t Often Leave Reviews, But Hydro Earned One
I don’t often leave reviews, but I felt Hydro deserved one after my recent experience.
I’ve recently got into car cleaning and detailing as a weekend hobby and have invested quite a bit in pressure washers, foam cannons, chemicals and other equipment from various brands. I first heard about Hydro after chatting with a neighbour who was using one of their pressurised spray bottles. He highly recommended both the bottle and the products, so I decided to take a look for myself.
At the time, Hydro had a great offer running: buy a spray bottle with some pre-wash & snow foam and receive a second bottle free. My order came to just over £50, which I thought was excellent value. As an added bonus, I also received a free mystery box.
When the order arrived, I was genuinely amazed by the mystery box. It contained well over £100 worth of products and accessories, which was an incredible surprise and much appreciated.
The only issue was that one of the spray bottles from my main order was missing. I sent a quick email to customer services and received a response within minutes. After confirming the missing item, Adam from the Hydro team arranged for a replacement to be sent out, and it arrived just a couple of days later. The whole process was handled quickly, professionally and without any hassle. A big thank you to Adam for the excellent customer service.
I’ve only had the chance to use the snow foam, pre-wash and a few items from the mystery box so far, but I’ve been really impressed with everything I’ve tried. The products perform well, and the spray bottle is fantastic. It complements my existing car washing setup perfectly and allows me to carry out a quick maintenance wash during the week without needing to get all of the larger equipment out of the garage. It’s a really convenient addition to my detailing kit and something I can see myself using regularly.
Overall, great products, fantastic value, and outstanding customer service. The way Hydro handled the missing item, combined with the generous mystery box and quality of the products, left a very positive impression on me. I’ll definitely be ordering from Hydro again and would happily recommend them to others.

Impressive products & service
I ordered the Hydro UK bundle a few months back and have been amazed at how well the pre rinse and foam work to remove winter grime from the car even when it’s disgustingly dirty. The car can then be safely washed with their car was that leaves the car looking amazing.
In the summer when the car is not as dirty I’ve got away without even having to wash the car the rinse and foam leave the car clean.
I managed to lose the end cap of the bronze nozzle and I wrote to Hydro UK to help and got a response from Adam the same day and the matter was resolved the next day. Impressive products and impressive customer service.
