All of it, the equipment is light enough to move around but sturdy enough to crank out some serious rowing. The subscription package is worth it, the videos are fantastic and helps keep things fresh and challenging.

I have enjoyed rowing before for a short time and now to have my own- it is my escape, An escape for me and my busy life goes mute. Set up was easy. Trainers are excellent, I appreciate they say things to remember posture or breathing. Very helpful.

I just bought a new Hydrow Pro and am loving it. This is a bit hard to describe, but in these workouts, I don't feel my "old age" pains (I am 64), just the joy of being able to push hard and to get a great work out. Definitely get the no-impact aspect, but I did not expect this. Very nice quality. Easy set-up.

I have the Hydrow Pro Rower, about 1.5yrs now. It is simply a beautifully built, high quality, smooth, and fantastic workout. I sometimes wish I had the lighter version, but honestly, with the larger screen and the smooth rail I've been super happy with it day in and day out. I also row on the bay/scully and sweep, and I love that I can also workout at home and practice my form and skills. I live in an apartment, but again, love the beauty and quality of this rower and was able to pay it off in 1yr interest free. The classes, instructors and quality workouts are 1st class in themselves. Highly recommend.

Hydrow is so inspiring! I love the scenery, love the instructors and haven’t missed a day. In a word…obsessed. I wake up looking forward to my row…what?!? Who am I? So thrilled and it’s everything I hoped for and more. My joints feel good, I’m seeing instantaneous results and feel stronger and healthier every day. Huge fan!

The instructors are great. Can’t always pull with them but they are constantly affirming efforts and making it as engaging as possible. The help the time fly by

The machine itself is a dream. A low impact workout that exercises 80% of your muscles. The rower instructors are experienced rower/trainers who talk you through the workout.

I like the variety of row types and locations. I wish some locations were more represented. There's a lot in Boston, which is great, but there isn't as much in Colorado or Natchitoches, Louisiana.

I love my new Hydrow rower. Delivery and set up could not have been easier. I’m having to start slow since I’ve never rowed before, but it is such an amazing workout. Highly recommend.

My delivery was all messed up and my agent Tara took control got it delivered, and all set up and gave me a free month of the service. She was awesome sauce.

Love the instructors and how easy they make the rowing by sharing their thoughts and insight!!

The product itself I love, I’ve used it all but 3 days over the 3 weeks I’ve had it. I love the variety of workouts, beyond just the rowing.

The only knock was the delivery. The transportation company was awful and didn’t meet the delivery window or even the day, with no communication. I reached out to Hydrow for help and didn’t hear back. It was another 4 days before it was delivered but I didn’t hear anything from transportation until around the day before they actually brought it.

The varied rows offered, constantly changing new programs, and of course, the stellar athletes
The only downside would be the monthly cost, which is high; also, I would enjoy rowing sets in other countries and more states

Love using my Hydrow to get in shape. The video library is awesome. The machine itself is fantastic.

New to the program. Workouts, I would like someone to keep enforcing how body posture, with rowing. Back, stomach, legs.
