Great customer care

Great customer care. I contacted the company for a test ride but they don’t have any distribution in NI but they got me sorted quickly with an alternative arrangement which suited very well. The Vester Step we purchased is a very sturdy folding bike that we are very pleased with. Also the helmet purchased is ideal.

I wish I hadn't bought my Hygge Soro

I wish I hadn't bought my Hygge Soro. The build quality is very poor. I have done 200 miles and so far the lights and horn have stopped working, I am sick and tired of having to tighten up all the fastenings on the bike, the kick stand fell off and thd bolts lost, the headlight falls to one side after tightening several times, the walk assist doesnt work, the navigation will not connect to my smartphone, the wires are always trapping when you unfold it, the chain kept falling off and I have been stranded several times pushing a heavy bike. So far customer supprt has been appauling and the serice centres are so far away I cant get to them especially with a crippled bike. There is far more but too much to list. If you live in the UK don't bother with Hygge.
I notice that you have replied with not being able to find me as a customer despite the fact you have now accepted that I am a genuine customer and offered to inspect the bike and repair it. Why have you not altered this aspect of your reply instead of leaving people believing I am not genuine. Thats naughty.

Very Quick delivery, the bike arrived well packaged easy to put together

Very Quick delivery, the bike arrived securely packaged. It was very easy to put together with very little effort, took about 20 minutes and I'm 71 years old.
It is comfortable to ride and the power assist is the best I have used.
The cycle is well built and looks strong and is very stable.
I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this company and the products they make.

Love my bike and excellent customer service and delivery!

Really impressed with my bike! I bought it through the cycle to work scheme and I ordered the bike to the London shop from Scotland. Communication was excellent and the delivery was fast. If you order online, be prepared for a big box! the bike was very well assembled and only had to tighten a couple of bolts. Nothing major.
I was in two minds about buying an electric bike, but my unfitness is really appreciating the extra help. Really easy to use and charge.

Love my Vester

Love my Vester. Well designed, solidly built and very powerful. I like the built in features such as the lights ( including a brake light), horn and mudguards and the super thick tyres grip the road very well. Good job given how sharp the disc brakes are.

Brilliant e-bike and great customer service!

I recently bought the Aarhus Step Urban E-Bike from Hygge Bikes, and after a few weeks of daily use, I can confidently say it’s been a fantastic purchase.

I’m genuinely impressed by the quality – the build feels solid, the battery life is impressive, and it’s made my daily commute so much smoother and more enjoyable.

Without a doubt, this is one of the best purchases I’ve made. I highly recommend Hygge Bikes if you’re looking for a stylish, reliable, and affordable e-bike.

A big shout-out to their customer service as well. I had a couple of questions after my purchase, and the support team was quick to respond, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

Hygge Vester Bike

I bought a Hygge Vester Bike and the bike itself is excellent. The range is around 100 miles which covers 2 weeks use. I must give special mention on the Customer Service - exceptional speed and quality of response to 2 queries

Vester bikes after a long Trip to Europe.

We have had our 2 Vester bikes now for just over 6 months. We were unsure about moving from standard bikes having been keen cyclists in the past and completing some long rides like Coast to coast. However we wouldn't go back the bikes have been great. Battery life has also been really good no matter how far we went they never let us down.

We took our new bikes to Europe on a 3 month trip in our motorhome. The bikes were amazing allowing us to park on the outskirts and bike in to places. Numerous people admired the bikes throughout Europe and many people asked for details.

Hygge are a great company to deal with and are always happy to answer any questions.

Hygge’s customer support has been great. The live chat is super responsive, and they answered all my questions quickly. They made the whole buying process smooth, and even after my purchase, they were helpful with setup and maintenance tips.

Hygge Virum 2025

I bought the hygge Virum (2025) a few months ago, and I have to say, it's been brilliant for commuting. Super light, folds down easily, and really rides well. What impressed me the most, was their support team. Quick replies, and genuinely very helpful and polite when I had questions about the bike. Excellent bike from an excellent team!

Great customer support

I required a new battery for my Hygge Vester Pro. The model has been discontinued. However, Hygge have generously offered me a 2025 Vester with a big discount so I'm very happy with the outcome. Good customer service

Two days now and…

Had my Hygge Soro for two days now and so far I have not regretted a single thing.
If anything I wouldn’t like the rearhugger to be a little longer as this does kick up a bit of water in the rain. Putting the bike together was pretty easy as the huge box it falls out from theres barely anything left to do.
Coming from a Hybrid non electric bike I have found the gearing a little short but this is not a bike designed for break neck speed. Its an around town machine with great capability with the suspension. The hidden battery also means that it doesn’t look like your typical ebike.
Looking forward to more rides and seeing how far I can get with the battery. Being completely UK legal also means I have no issues should I get stopped.

Hygge Vester satisfaction

I bought a Hygge Vester E bike with the 4 inch fat tyres. I am very impressed with this bike in terms of its robustness and feeling of safety when riding. I have found the range very much in line with that quoted and the clever display showing everything in clear detail. I had a problem with the folding lock which was dealt with very efficiently and to my great satisfaction. Can’t recommend this company more highly for service and customer focus.

Excellent aftersales

I recently bought a Sorø from Hygge after looking at many other bikes and manufacturers. I found that Hygge had a good reputation for customer service and aftersales which seemed to be lacking in many other ebike companies. This was recently put to the test when I had a problem with the rear rack. They answered my calls, responded to emails and sorted out where to go to get it fixed, they paid for the work and the bike was ready after 24 hours.

The customer service and technical help has been excellent and I can't recommend them more highly. Special thanks to Hamza for sorting out the place to go in my local area.
