I've been wearing Hyperfly for about 9 years now, and this review is long overdue. What keeps me coming back isn't just the quality of the gear, it's the people behind it.
Their customer service is genuinely top notch, always approachable and real, never corporate or scripted. You can tell it's a family run business, and it shows in how they treat customers. Strong values, honest communication, and gear that's held up over the years.
Nine years in, I still trust Hyperfly completely. That says a lot.

Hyperfly has been such an amazing brand when it comes to product and design. Every time there has been a purchase made it has been a seamless process making wanting to buy more so much easier. Also the level of quality for each thing is highest standards. Love seeing the growth of the design and new designs coming out in all areas of active wear!

Gorgeous designs and great quality! My favorites are the Hyperlyte series, I love the fit and the different colorways. Also a big plus that they truly support and put women at the forefront of their brand.

I needed to exchange my son's rash guard for a different size, and the process was very easy. I received the exchanged product very quickly. Great customer service!

I ordered a size A3 Gi and they sent me an F3. They also wouldn't let me exchange the Gi in person for the correct size even though I'm only about 2 miles from their warehouse, so I had to wait extra days and had to take time out of my day to send back their mistake and wait for the correct size. What a joke.

Always excellent with customer service and the products are high quality. I had my first order shipped recently, I usually pick up at the store, and it came super quick. I appreciate all the work, commitment, and dedication that the Hyperfly team exhibits.

Always have good experiences ordering from Hyperfly. This time was no exception. Bought a new gi for my son for the summer; it fits great, looks amazing, and I’m sure it will hold up just like his other Hyperfly gi’s have.

Bought something they sold pictured with a certain design online. When I got it in the mail it was a completely different design. No refund only product exchange so sent it back waited weeks for them to process and today I got an email that UPS delivered my package. I have not gotten any packages in the mail so now they kept the misadvertised hat, they kept my money and they wasted my time. Now trying to contact service team will be a nightmare like last time if they even follow through. Save yourself money, stress and a headache by purchasing absolutely anything and everything from literally any other company website other than HYPERFLY.
