Had a bad deal with this company. Ordered a small heater fan. It arrived but after using for about an hour there was a buzzing sound as if a baring had come lose on the fan.
Sent an email but still not got back in touch with me. Avoid this company and save your money. £ 95 down the pan.
In answer to your reply I did send you an email with a video of the fan in action.

I bought 3 waterproof cameras on their 2 for 3 deal for my children but they are cheap and the baattery life is about 25% of what they advertise.
I've tried calling but they just leave you on hold then kill the call after advising us to contact them through their web-chat service but this is never answered either.
We are returning the items for a full refund and my bank has promised to pursue a claim to ensure we are reimbursed.
Strongly advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague - cannot be trusted at all

This company is scam company and facilitate theft I ordered Maxphone in local currency and they charged in USD and above that it appears as a scam company and they they did no deliver. So they charge more triple the amount and also did not deliver. They operate under the name of Novads . Be careful stay away from them.

I sent two messages to organise a refund within the month of receiving my drone and got no response. By the third message, I received a response saying that because it had been over 30days since my drone arrived they could not help me. Even after stating that I had proof that my messages were sent within the first month and that I was ignored.. Frank kept saying he would not help me as it was over 30 days. My further messages to speak to a manager are being ignored. My drone in faulty therefore I am entitled to a refund. Disgusting!!

Hyperstech answered my review on 16/9/22 agreeing a refund of £306+ to be paid within 7-10 working days. It is 5th October today, passed the agreed date but NO REFUND RECEIVED. Linda, the refund is overdue, please send it. I will post on Trustpilot once it is in my bank,

As per you're note on the 15 August on Trustpilot with return address Birmingham. Used Royal mail tracked 24 hours with proof of delivery in original packaging as received. No refund received items received at your Birmingham site address advised by yourself 25.08.22 as seen on Royal mail tracking and signed for. Please please process our refund
We originally purchased 3 of these fans on 4th August, we recieved 2 initially and the quality was terrible. We sent these back to the return address on the parcel and then the third fan arrived. We also sent this back by royal mail. tracking numbers -

Still no refund!! Followed instructions from the "company" in returning the product for a refund to the address given by them and then provided proof of return and tracking number but still NO REFUND. Product has been received as I returned via Special delivery so its been signed for.
