Customer service is great. I enjoyed the course very much and found it helpful but I didn't get as good of results as I had hoped. Nevertheless, I liked it and found it helpful.

It was helpful
It was relaxing, for the most part, and it did help me to achieve my goal. My only small issue is that some of the sessions only came with a male voice, with which I couldn’t relax as much as with a female voice, which was on some of the other sessions. It would’ve been nice to have had a choice.

Content is good but the app is predatory
Again I bought a course and had been enjoying using it but randomly the app decided to charge my credit card for a membership subscription when I never signed up for that. Why can’t companies just respect that you purchased something and not use the access to your credit cards to then charge without permission. If I was reviewing on just the app content I would have given them 4 or 5 stars but this is unacceptable.
