Will not refund, no warning about subscription renewal

The 6-month subscription makes it easy to set and forget. There is no warning when they charge you for the next amount and then they refuse to refund even if you haven't been using the app.
(follow up - after posting this review I was offered a 50% refund on the renewal).

Do Not recommend!!!!

Was not clear on sign up that it was a Subscription, purchased a 4 week program, then was charge 400% increase as a "subscription"

I want a choice of voices

When I got to the question about the voice I wanted, I chose the female voice, listened to bit and thought I would try the male voice because I didn't like it much, but I could never go back to that page where I made the choice of voices so I'm stuck with the female voice

I signed up for a free trial in Oct of…

I signed up for a free trial in Oct of 25. When I tried to cancel before I was billed they said they couldn't find an account. A few days later I was billed for a 6 months membership which took me days to get handled at which time they told me they they could only offer me a 50% refund due to the fact that I accessed their content. I fine I understand. They assured me my account was canceled. Skip forward 6 months guess what I was billed for another 6 months. Now the excuse is they can't offer 100% refund because their creators work hard-on their content will guess what...I work hard for my money too. You told me the account was canceled and it wasn't now you're telling me that I'm responsible for 50% when I haven't even accessed your app since I asked you to cancel the subscription the first time. Two times you've told me you canceled my subscription and you haven't guess its time to take this matter further.
