The hypnotist does a great job
The hypnotist does a great job. You can select a female or male voice. I found the male's voice to be relaxing. In all honesty, from the time the hypnotist counts down until the waking counting, I don't recall anything being said. I do look at the clock before and after the session and it matches the minute amount of the session. Even though I can't recall what was being said, I have noticed some changes I made that were better food choices. Kind of excited to see what comes next. I have not figured out keeping track of my sessions and think that should be done automatically; it might be there but I haven't discovered it yet. BTW, I purchased 12 weeks based on past hypnosis sessions with others. The end result will be known in 10 weeks but for now, I can happily recommend the weight loss sessions

It works !!
It works, relaxing , especially the Gastric bypass and sugar cravings. I have had sugar once in two months , no cravings whatsoever. My portions are so small, I do watch what I eat as far as being somewhathealthy but there’s times I go for a burger and fries. I just can’t finish a full burger. I have lost 20 pounds in two months just by listening to this program. I think it’s great and I will continue.
