I did not like the service

Helpful

I unfortunately, was not consistent with the program. I did enjoy it when I used it. I had to cancel my membership due to lifestyle changes. The process to cancel was easy and customer service was stellar. I would use again when I am able.

How it went

The first time I heard it was like 6 days ago, and I either fell asleep or went into trance coz I only remeberrhe part about the stairs and later waking up to silence so I guess it was over. This time I listened to everything but was awake for all of it. Did not feel much relaxation though
