This full site is a SCAM
This full site is a SCAM, don't get me wrong there are a FEW small deals but they are few and far between. They manipulate the prospective customer from the moment they grab your attention. "A WEALTH OF INFORMATION LEADS TO A POVERTY OF ATTENTION".
Indeed by the time you buy ANYTHING you will no doubt be able to buy it much cheaper elsewhere. Returns are a NO NO as you will end up losing the majority of the time and do not buy any Cars, Vans and Plant as there will be a RESERVE and then 20% Buyers Premium and 20% VAT.
Save your money and STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

Poor customer service for long time user of the platform.
I have used i-bidder.com for a long time and as such on reading some of the reviews, I can see that users were not fully aware of what the platform does and how it works. Think of it as a platform that allows small businesses to sell online without having to handle a website until they are ready. So complaints about pricing are not down to the platform but down to the user who did not read the terms and conditions of the individual auction house agreement when they bid. Many a time I have seen a bargain only to see large hammer fees or no delivery.
However, an area where I thought i-bidder.com might be weak is if there is an issue with an individual auction house. This has now happened to me. The fact that they will not support a user on their platform when an auction house has not delivered goods, and that auction house can/will blacklist a users account affecting their standing on the platform is quite frankly shocking.
I would probably say don't use Supreme Auctions anymore, I was previously complimentary of them, but there is a change in their operation which makes them appear a little cut throat, and obviously this is something I-bidder.com cannot deal with, as I am sure that some of the terms that this auction house now uses may be breaking some consumer laws, even if they are part of the agreement before bidding.
I will be contacting my bank to initiate a chargeback request for my non delivered goods.

Lost £600 and still no refund
I won an item, paid for it and a wrong item was sent. I did not accept the delivery and lost almost £600. All I get from I-bidder is " I would like to inform you that we are actively following up with the account manager and the auctioneer concerning your complaint". Absolutely rubbish support. I have no item and no refund. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

***Supreme Auctions update**
I have been dealing with Supreme Auctions, through i-bidder.com.
I finally made contact with Supreme Auctions via telephone after numerous attempts, and after they emailed me informing me they had decided to ban me from their site. They also stated that my details would be shared with other auction houses. The ban was imposed after I had contacted my bank to dispute payment and receiving a 'charge back' to my bank account. I had waited more than a reasonable amount of time for my items to be delivered, around 6 weeks- they had been ordered for Christmas. The bank subsequently reimbursed my account by just over £150. I was unable to recover a further (£70+ bidding payments), due to the method of payment, (being a direct payment from my bank card). I spoke with a lady at Supreme Auctions who explained that if I were to cancel the charge back and send them proof that this was done, I would then be able to place what would be a duplicate order in an upcoming auction, for the items I had not received previously. I then asked her to confirm that the items would be new (as stated in the previous auction), and after making some inquiries, she informed me that the items would be unchecked and untested, so essentially used or possibly even broken items. I have made several purchases without any issues, with other auction houses in the past. I am unhappy to potentially be paying over £200+ for broken or used goods. As the previous order was never delivered, I have little confidence that this order would be fulfilled too. So, if this is the way Supreme Auctions behave towards their customers after not keeping up their end of the sale, then the decision to not purchase anything further from this company in the future, is fine by me. I am just disappointed that they would see this as a legitimate reason to ban me and pass my details around other auction companies. Potential consumers beware!

This aution has the worst customer care even the director says he hasn’t got time to put there mistakes wrong .i come to this aution once a week and one in every 4 weeks all goes smooth . The rest of the time you book in for a time and order isn’t ready or they have none in stock or wrong items or some missing they then tell you they will refund you and that takes weeks if you lucky if not you don’t get refund then can’t find paper work if they looked after the customers better would be a good aution

MISLEADING is an understatement
Just recieved my pallets and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Paid circa £1500 for pallets to include power tools and home deco equipment from a well know retailer. Main picture was of an angle grinder followed by many other tools. The only tool I received was a kids plastic lawnmower 🤣 Will I make my money back... probably... but the pallets were not what were advertised and when I asked for collection I was told the pallets were not picked or ready! So they made them up after i had won and paid???? This doesnt seem right...
Honestly I would avoid and use John Pye whose pallets you can see in the pictures before you bid! Scammers... No... misleading 100% Yes.
Had to wait 2 weeks for delivery too!

I bidder is great 247 auctions are the blaggers’s
i’ve purchased a lot of items from my bidder and mainly through supreme auctions. I’ve always purchased brand-new and sealed and I’ve never ever been let down. The only reason I’m giving the review of four is because of Mike experience with 247 auctions. The items were apparently seized fragrances in evidence bags, the fragrances are all from an Amazon budget range so don’t be fooled that you’re gonna find yourself products like Hugo Boss et cetera. I also purchased a lot of 20 returned parcels as of which have still not yet arrived, have contacted them on 0871 number and was basically mugged off down the phone. Apparently now I have to wait for people to come back from Ireland so that I can receive these packages. I thought you weren’t supposed to list things for sale that you didn’t actually have? but even after all this, I have contacted Ida who we’re gonna look into it for me. Remember read the terms and conditions of the sales even triple check if you have to, look for brand-new and sealed and you will find brand-new items. And most of all avoid 247 auctions and they are fragrance bags and assorted returned packages.

Absolutely Disgusting Mouldy…
Absolutely Disgusting Mouldy Smeg Kettles!!! To say I am angry would be an understatement. Avoid at all cost. I hope Smeg sees this and interject to avoid sullying their reputation from whoever is selling these filthy items from their brand.
DO NOT BUY ANY SMEG KETTLES or any appliance FROM this site. This would be the last time im using this auction site. I spent almost £800 and Purchased 17 of the Smeg kettles intending to use for an air bnb business. I have never been so disgusted and shocked to see an item.
I wept after opening all of them and started coughing, runny nose, getting shortness of breath and hyperventilating because of exposure to the accumulated moulds in the kettles. I will be filing a lawsuit because nobody should be subjected to the exposure of accumulated mould in kettles which causes such terrible health effects. I had to run to the chemist to buy medication and I was told it was the exposure to the mould in these kettles. This is the same mould exposure which killed the little boy Awaab which is now made into law - “Awaabs law” And to see an auction site selling these mouldy stuff is absolutely horrendous.
Very thick black mould had formed inside these kettles, and on the wires. It is inhumane to even consider putting such filthy, health hazardous and disgusting items anywhere near humans.
It appears these kettles were picked from a landfill by people looking to make quick money at an auction sale; it defies all moral integrity for anyone to consider selling these. I have videoed and documented. Should this be taken before a judge in a court of law or for the local council’ Trading standards or Environment agency to see, they’ll close this site and start investigating whoever is selling these. Absolutely disgusting to treat people hoping to get good items to use only to expose them to health hazardous mouldy, filthy & rusted kettles.
All 17 Smeg kettles had Black mould inside, with broken tops , dented, broken covers, limescaled, paint peeling off, burnt inside etc. and the awful smell emanating once you open them; I could go on and on about the state these disgusting kettles were in. I chucked all of them in the skip on the site after picking them but then thought I would need them for any legal action as evidence.
Where are your morals and integrity supreme auctions, are you so money hungry that you’d risk people’s health with these hazardous, mouldy and filthy items????
I need a response, and these items must be pulled from your site asap!!! I will be reporting to trading standards and the correct agency as well as any regulator that regulates auctions.
These items are not fit for use or purpose . This has been brought to your attention now and I can see similar rhetoric of complaints in the other reviews on here ; you have a duty to act before a class lawsuit action is taken against you should you continue to sell these items considering the state they’re in.
I really need an answer and a response and my money back. I signed up to buy an item, not to purchase a health hazard.

Do not buy from these cowboys……
Do not buy from these cowboys… absolutely disgusting what they have done … spent nearly 600 pound on Smeg stuff … it came unboxed they were all damaged goods that people had returned… the 3 kettles were full of limescale scratched and dirty…. I put water in one just to test for curiosity and it tripped my electricity… The 2 toasters had crumbs in and buttons broken. At no point on the listing or description did it say that these products were used or second hand… the pictures showed a brand new kettle and toaster… I payed 120 pound for a broken toaster, you couldn’t write it absolutelyShocking , when I called to tell them what I had received they were not interested told me that they were sold as seen they were unchecked …. It didn’t state on the listing or description that the products were second hand… Shame on you ripping people off, hopefully my bank will sort it if not I’m stuck with a load of stuff that’s dangerous and fit for the bin , I’ve got a 5 year old delonghi kettle that’s a million times in better condition than the rubbish I have just received, I’m so angry that people can get away with this
