Wow. What a shower
Wow. Why is nothing ever straight forward these days?
Won an item, not an overly expensive one - VAT, buyers commission etc ( all as expected ) was added but then a £30 premium charge added. Sheffield couldn’t give me a straight answer as to what this charge was for so I’ve declined to pay. They’ve now blocked my account.

FRAUDSTERS & UNTRUSTWORTHY
wow , what a load of liars. Our company had won a lot on an auction in Nottingham which is a much needed piece of plant and will become very useful to us as a company. We were prompted immediately for payment of thousands of pounds and purchased the delivery costs too. We have now had to hire in equipment to cover this work at an additional cost as we had not received the plant. Since then they have held more auctions and we are still awaiting our item from over a month ago. The dialog has been evasive and lies from the getgo. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE we are now seeking legal advice and are about to report this to the police as this is FRAUD in anyone's eyes.

I hadn't used my account for a while, and had difficulty getting back in. Monique on livechat was great, she understood immediately what i needed and made it very easy for me to get back into my account. It was great dealing with a human being rather than struggling to get past a chat bot. Well done i-bidder.

I-bidder is an ally to the many scam auctioners it has on its platform. They do nothing whenever a company is reported to them, they promise and never live up to their promises. Stop sharing the email, you wont do anything or hold the auctioner accountable. Your platform breeds fraud. You are directly and indirectly a CON as is the case with most of the auction companies you are too scared off.

Do not deal with those lunatics.
i would not deal with I-bidder as they would not have your back in any dispute with auctions which is likely to go wrong especially when you dealing with the lunatics from International Auctions.
i'm over £400 down and haven't received my items from international auction and when asking I-bidder to help they said they would not help in this matter as it's none of their business.

ASSET AUCTIONS
ASSET AUCTIONS - Asset Auctions starkly illuminate the depths to which online auctioning has plummeted, casting a severe shadow over I-Bidder's esteem. The experience my partner was subjected to, characterised by a blatant neglect and avoidance, underscores their notoriety. Once the payment is made, trying to get in touch with them becomes as futile as attempting to catch smoke with your bare hands - a complete abandonment. Though there's a mutual responsibility for not probing the plethora of negative reviews on Trustpilot, it doesn’t pardon the sham masquerading as a reputable business. A quick glance at the overly positive reviews on asset-auctions.co.uk suggests a smokescreen, likely manufactured by the company itself to obscure the genuine distress depicted in the truthful criticisms. These narratives of financial commitments followed by utter neglect suggest operations dangerously close to fraudulent. It's astonishing that I-Bidder seemingly neglects its obligation to vet its auctioneers, allowing such dubious activities to go unmonitored. If this debacle is indicative of I-Bidder’s oversight, then my engagement with them will decisively end.

DO NOT USE!!!!

We purchased an item and understand the auction process. Asset Auction gave us a delivery price and then said the item could not be delivered, they continually changed the listing after we bid and won the item. Asset auction do dont answer their emails very readily and the phone number they gave us to arrange to collect the item is on constant v-mail. The listed item was meant to be Nottingham but suddenly the collection changed to Rotherham...this was not in the listing when we bid and we only bid based on a delivered price given by Asset Auctions

Allow scammers to sell
Ibidder itself is a good platform for making auction bids from reputable auctioneers, however they do allow scammers (eg. supreme auctions) to sell scrap on their site with absolutely no comeback.
If they were to stop these companies from selling on their site, everybody except the dishonest auctioneers would be happy.

Shocking firm
Shocking firm. I did pull out of 2 bids that I won but at the time I was not well and explained this to them but they have blocked me from all the auctioneers. Customer service shocking. The auctioneers do have great bargains.
