Maroc Telecom customer service NOT GOOD ENOUGH

I signed up for Maroc Telecom fibre internet on September 22 — it’s now October 24 and I still don’t have a signal.
I’ve spoken to technicians three times and visited their Oulad M’trar (Temara, Rabat) store four times. The staff there were embarrassed but couldn’t help, and the manager was shockingly rude. When I tried to explain that my router is ready and I just need the connection, she said, “Please don’t make noise for my ears.” I have called a technician they will bee in contact with in 24 hours even though I tried to tell her that I have talked to them 3 times she repeated her self "they will contact you" and put her finger to her year like I was shouting witch I wasn't so so rude and disrecpectfull .She didn't tell me my rights for cancelling or anything.
It’s been more than a month — they promised 48 hours! Their website doesn’t even let me submit a complaint. After all this waiting and disrespect, I’ve completely lost trust in Maroc Telecom.
and I seems I can't get out of the subscription even though I haven't received anything over a mount later. so unfortunately i now have to get legal help or pay for something I didn't get or probably never will get its not a fair treatment so pleas be carefull. I can only hope they will be better at informing customers better and not treating them so disrespectfully. but no trust from me anymore so sad so think before you sign up with any provider an don't trust sales. ones you signed you stuck but it seems like thats not the case with other providers in Marocco you pay a fee to cancel. I don't get why Maroc Telecom don't have that. it is so unfair and unjust treatment of the costumers.

New update after seeking help form a legal inspector to come look a my situation at the same time a the technicians I now have wifi and got an apology from the technicians telling me that some didn't do there job right But But Maroc Telecom support is not god enough they need to to inform there customers better. Anyway it's now Oct 25 and I have wifi. hope you all can Learn from my lesson. Anyway I wish nothing but the best for all Moroccan companies big or small

Wrong package booked

I paid 10€ for 15 GB internet and the lady at the tangier airport gave me the wrong packet only 150mb but 200minutes for calling which I absolutely dont need. When I went to the support, the lady there said it wasnt the companys fault and she cant do anything. I had to recharge 7,50 GB for 5€. Never saw my 10€ again. Also you cant write an email in the website, you habe to call or fax them. Never again.

Get Globally Minded Maroc Telecom

Maroc Telecom needs to step up their game. Whilst other worldwide companies include the English language for customers, the most widely spoken language in the world, Maroc Telecom does not include English for their website or for their phone applications, but only provide Arabic and French. What a shame for your company!!!! And, I've found it impossible to look up my phone bill online. It's a shame that I have to go to a local shop and ask for assistance to find out how many minutes I have left. I need to be able to go online and have this available for me without stepping out of the house. And when I've gone to the local MT main office, it is very hard to communicate with them to find out anything.

Please fix this problem because future telephone companies will make sure they make their customers are happy and you'll be left in the dust!!

The worst company on the planet

The worst company on the planet. They have a customer service line that doesn't answer or pick up or picka up and hangs up straight away, they have WhatsApp number that doesn't work, they have an app that doesn work or let you figure out what's wrong with uour internet. They don't give a damn unless it's about getting paid and they don't even pay their employees fairly 💀 i d rather give my money to europe so they can spend it on immigrants rather than this piece of crap of a company. They don't wanna let other companies thrive or exist eithet. If dictatorship could be a company, maroc Télécom would be number 1 on the list. Don't waste your money on it local or foreigner. It's not worth it. I'm basically paying for barely having 15 days of inturrupted internet. The rest is spent calling customer support hoping they answer and don't yell at me 💀 Oh and if you're wondering why there are 3% 5 starts, those are glazing ones from the people working there. Don't let that fool you. I mean look at this mess. Look how many negative reviews they have on multiple platforms and they still don't give a damn. Because they know that they bought all the rights to own all internet services in a whole ass county and they are holding us by the neck by that. Both the old and new CEO are equally useless human beings

Terrible service, Terrible Company

This is the most terrible internet provider in the word, to get you to the image they provide "ADSL" for a speed of 12mbps for 25 Dollar LOL
imagine paying 50 Dollar for "80 mbps" internet in a country where salaries start from 300 Dollar Per Month LOL
