I paid for internet recharge *3 I got international and national communication *4 which I don't need. I called the operator and asked them to change it for me. I got many excuses. This has happened more than once they like to sell international calls more than data. I download their app and I found out that you convert internet recharge to calls but not the other way around. Shame on you Maroc telecom

what kind of service is this?

I've moved houses from a city to another and we reached to maroc telecome to ask them if they could install a wifi cable at our new home, they gaved us an estimated time for the installation but they didn't even come, I know I might sound impatient but there is no way I'm going to spend the last days of summer vacation doing nothing

Don't use Maroc Telecom

We arrived at Marrakech airport and went to the Maroc Telecom stand and asked to buy a SIM card, the cheapest one they had was €20 for 20gb of data, I didn't really want that much but decided to carry on. They started changing the SIM and when I went to pay they said cash only despite Orange and INWI in neighbouring booths accepting cards. Despite not being happy we wanted to leave and start our holiday. Whilst transferring in the taxi I looked at the data on my phone and the SIM card was only 2gb!!! Complete rip off. I have given them the opportunity to rectify the issue but they say there's no error, hence reviewing them. My feeling is that the staff on the booth are handing out the wrong SIM cards and pocketing the cash

This service is a shame

This service is a shame! I charged twice to have data and each time it didn’t work. When I contacted the customer service for support and showing them proof of payment they told me to go to the agency. When I went they refused to do anything and told me I did a mistake. Don’t make the same error and just go to Inwi or orange!

The worst and rudest customer service reps

The worst customer service representatives ever. The only thing they excel in is increasing my blood pressure with their illogical questions and proposed solutions. They are very rude and this is based on several occasions that I had the misfortune of needing to call them. Same thing happened to my sister and many friends. I am Moroccan American so I was speaking in Arabic and in French thus the language was not the issue to blame it on, and American as I am I expected a descent customer service that I am used to back in the States but no. They are rude they talk to you like you are an idiot and waste your time with no logic at all. I was simply calling to inquire about the advertised offer by maroc telecom for those traveling to Saudi Arabia in Ramadan to use in Umrah with unlimited call receiving and thought it is a great deal for my dad who already flew over there so that I can call him versus him calling me from the local temporary number he got which is super pricy per minute. Asking generally about the offer and how we can activate it, the guy wanted my National ID card number before he can answer my question. He kept insisting he could not answer anything without my dad being on the call himself and getting his ID card number. I understand privacy and confidentiality and we all answer security verification questions when we call a phone carrier in the US but they can answer general questions with just your name ( which I gave him) and last four of my social only if I m really making a material change to my account not for asking a generic marketing question of what do you require to activate the Umrah special. So behind they will need another decade of training mostly on how to be pleasant talking to a client and then another decade understanding logic and common sense. The result is my question was not answered so my dad will be the one calling me paying each time about 50 dollars or 500 DH to Saudi telecom while maroc telecom gets 0 because they left money on the table they apparently don’t need more sales way to go!
