Honestly, Maroc Telecom is becoming way too expensive. The prices keep going up, and the minimum cost for their fiber option is around 40 dollars for 100mega, which is really high. For this price, the... See more

This is the worst experience I've ever…
This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company so far... frequent interruptions of internet during the times I need it the most (I work from home), and despite the fact that I have only my laptop connected to do basic tasks, my speed is 2mbps if I'm lucky. I highly suggest to create your own DIY internet connection with Popsicle sticks and aluminium foil for a more stable connection. I have contacted tech support so many times, and during each call I'm told by a new agent that it'll take 48hrs, literally every single time. The waiting duration is 15 mins at least, incompetent personnel, I had to wait again 20 mins to speak to a manager who did nothing to help solve an issue that lasted for 3 weeks, I even had to ask him to explain what type of tech issue because he didn't even bother explaining to begin with, and he only agreed when I asked if it was a sync issue. I asked if I should reset the modem, reboot it change it even (for which I'll have to pay again), he said that I could do as I wish, plug unplug... the level of incompetence will make you want to unplug your own life support.
PS: I'm no longer dealing with this company anymore, honestly you'll feel better knowing that you've accidentally dropped 250dhs than actually paying it to a company that doesn't provide the service you pay for.
The worst company I've ever seen.
hhhhhhhhhh best WiFi ever!!!!!!!!!!
Well.. I'm writing this because it often has problems and they don't do anything to solve it.
I had a problem 2 seconds before writing this. I don't know why but this year had the most connection problem. I wouldn't write this if I payed a little, but I rarely got a good connection. I used to buy 4G cards whenever I do something important. I don't know why I still use this paying money twice...
I never tried other ones, so I can't say that maroctelecom is the worst one. Well.. today is worse than other days, I'm waiting 20 mins to verify account... maroctelecom have cut the WiFi because I'm writing this X) I rebooted all to post this comment.
I got scammed by this ISP company
I got scammed by this ISP company. I have signed a contract for 12Mb ADSL internet service and I discovered that they were supplying me with an enraging 4Mb internet speed, contrary to what I signed for and insisted for. They said to me that there's no way they could upgrade my line to 12Mb. Now they're demanding to pay all of the 10 remaining months of the contract in order to cancel the contract, which is a lot of underserved money for IAM or Maroc Telecom.
