There was a mishap with the order - my print came scaled wrong, and after disputing with the very friendly customer service, my print was replaced with the correct one at no additional price!

Quick delivery, advised in advance of when delivery would be. The products are packaged well and I was delighted with my several purchases, they're beautiful, vibrant colours as illustrated. Additionally, there was a slight issue with one of the prints. I emailed and received excellent communication, professional and friendly customer service from Chloe without any further stress. I would highly recommend this company, well done 🙂

I had an amazing experience with the customer service of Fy!.
A product that I ordered just some days before Christmas was taking a very long time to get delivered. This was not due to a mistake of Fy!, but due to some issues with the delivery company (and probably with the border controls, given that the parcel needed to be sent from the UK to an EU country).
Nevertheless, the customer service team of Fy! has been amazing: they took care of my issue, they helped me track the order and they accurately kept me posted throughout the entire journey of the parcel, until it finally got delivered. Moreover, Phindile (the member of the customer service team who took care of my issue) has always been extremely kind and has always replied very promptly to my emails. So rarely in my life I have found such an efficient customer service team.

I had a great experience with FY! I ordered a very large picture, which arrived when expected. Quality of picture and frame was excellent. Unfortunately, there was a crack in the glass, which had been caused in transit (the box had been damaged). When following up with me to check in on my experience, I highlighted the issue to Chloe and the CS Team who were very apologetic (despite it not being FY!'s fault) and wanted to correct the situation immediately, which they did. Really refreshing, when compared to many other companies.

I made a typo on my email address so my orders were not showing. I contacted customer service and they had the problem solved in one day. My pictures arrived the same day and I am very pleased with them. Great customer service and products.

I ordered a large framed print as a gift and was really impressed with the speed of delivery and I loved the frame. Unfortunately my print had some bubbles in it. Once reported the customer service team quickly responded to resolve the issue and they have arranged a replacement print. - thank you!

Excellent service. The original courier lost my item. Once informed, the Fy team quickly arranged and dispatched a replacement. The item was a gift and despite the delay, once received the recipient was very pleased especially by the quality of the selected frame.
