Products never came

Products never came. They did not respond to my wife's emails. I asked about something and they responded immediately. When I asked about my wife's order they kept lying about products beeing in transit. Better to find directly the producer and order from them. Cheaper also.

Absolutely horrible experience

Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give no stars I would.
I ordered 2 grips. They claim on their website the delivery is up to 5 days. I waited for a week didn’t receive anything. I contacted them they said PostNord lost my package and they would send it again. I asked for a tracking number which they gave. 10 days passes by when I track the package the only thing I see is “we are waiting for your package” meaning they created the label in PostNord but haven’t shipped it. I sent them an email asking about this with screenshots from PostNord and they ignored it and all the subsequent 10 emails I sent including my request for a refund since I never received any product. It’s only after I got in touch with Konsumentverket got their advice and contacted iampole again telling them if they don’t refund me I’ll take it to my bank since I have all the screenshots of emails that they ignored and request Kortreklamation. Only after that they refunded me.

It’s funny that after that I ordered same grips via PoleJunkie and got them in 2 days even though they shipped it from the Netherlands and I’m in Sweden but I couldn’t get 2 packages from iampole in 12 days even though we are both in Sweden.

I was ordering 2 black carabiner with…

I was ordering 2 black carabiner with autolock and black svivel, first time recieved gold carabiner with regular lock and black svival. When i contacted them, they aforded to send back gold carabiner and they send out black ones (svival stayed with me). In the result my parcel with the black carabiner came to the sorting center and was hanging there for a long time, and after while it returned back to the sender. I didnt have a notisfication about where is my parcel. So i didnt recieve carabiner and als lost money.
