Great communication before attending. A really nice chap who obviously cared about doing a good methodical service. Treated my home with respect and had time to answer questions about my heating system and the best way to use it. A very fair and competitive price. Highly recommended.

Ian attended promptly, assessed boiler , pinpointed issue, ordered new part and returned early next day to complete fix. He worked efficiently and tidily. Fantastic service , would highly recommend ( the puppy would also agree!).

We have been in our new home just over a month and Ian came to do a boiler service for us where he found the flume and another pipe was installed unsafe, he explained everything easy as possible, was in and out and came back a few days later with new parts for the bigger repair. Ian came out as an emergency when our heating and hot water wouldn’t work. He got the heating up and running as soon as he came in. The boiler had a leak and ian was back within 2 days with a new part to fix it. Very professional and polite, i would highly recommend

Great service from Ian on an urgent boiler call out just before Christmas! He managed to get us sorted in rapid time and even left us electric heaters for the one day we had to wait for parts. Highly recommended.

Full Central Heating and Boiler installation to replace electric storage heaters.

Ian came and gave me a competitive quote within two days of the initial enquiry. I accepted the quote and the work was completed within 2 weeks. The installation took 4 days total to lay pipework, fit boiler, fit all radiators, and reinstate floorboards. Due to my very awkward home layout (little subfloor space) this was not the easiest of jobs.

The contact has been excellent- every query has been responded to. Ian has been very approachable, reliable and knowledgable. I have even picked his brains about TRVs and boiler/radiator function- and responded. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. The house is now warm and cosy and I will be getting Ian back to service the new boiler in the future...
