Deepak Braich and Immigration Advice Service are fantastic! Deepak handled my Returning Resident Application from start to its successful conclusion. He was kind, courteous, prompt, reassuring and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. His expert advice helped me assemble all relevant documents and statements needed. My application could not have been so effective without his help. He was also genuine in his desire to help and I could feel his concern and compassion while helping me throughout this stressful time. Without hesitation I whole heartedly recommend Deepak Braich and Immigration Advice Service to anyone looking for help in their immigration matters!

My husband and I went to IAS for help with my UK Spousal Visa application. We got so lucky with our caseworker, Alev. She was kind, understanding, and clearly dedicated to helping us in any way she could. She responded to all questions and concerns quickly and thoughtfully. We truly felt as if we had solid support from her during the entire process.

I cannot attest to the competence or ability of this company when it comes to helping people with their immigration status but their customer service is shocking. I initially paid £500 as a deposit for their services, but then had a change of heart and decided to go a different route. I requested a refund on the 12th of June and as yet (21st July) have not received it. And to make the matter even worse, I’m told that £30 will be retained for bank and admin charges. Their policy is up to 28 days for a refund and so far I’ve been waiting 39 days since the day I requested it in writing.

I used Immigration Advice Service for my UK citizenship application and had an excellent experience from start to finish. I was supported by Han Wei, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was the quality of the cover letter she prepared — it was clear, professional, and perfectly tailored to my case. It made a real difference and gave me confidence that my application was in safe hands.
Han was always responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She took the time to explain each step, answered all my questions, and made a potentially stressful process feel simple and manageable.
Thanks to her help, my citizenship application was successful. I’m now officially a British citizen, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend Immigration Advice Service and especially Han Wei to anyone going through the same journey.

🛑🛑worst service ever 🛑🛑
The lawyer seemed inexperienced. Also not in professional manner. Could not answer all my questions.

I cannot thank IAS enough — especially my lawyer, Deepak Braich , who went above and beyond to help me secure my visa in what was a very complex and challenging case.
From the very beginning, Deepak showed an incredible level of dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail. He took the time to thoroughly understand my situation and guided me through every single step with patience and clarity. No matter how complicated things became, he remained calm, focused, and fully committed to achieving the best outcome.
What truly stood out to me was how Deepak stayed with me through the entire process, even working late into the evening to make sure every detail was handled properly. His commitment was not just professional — it was personal. He genuinely cared about my case and my family’s future.
Thanks to Deepak and the IAS team, my visa was approved, and this has been a life-changing moment for me and my loved ones. I’m beyond grateful and would highly recommend IAS to anyone seeking trustworthy, expert immigration support.
Thank you again, Deepak — you helped change our lives.

At first all was sounding so good, quick to ask for payment and I paid half of the price, l had to call several times for the guy to respond to my emails, he said if l didn’t have marriage certificate he can’t help me get my husband visa , then l said fine l will find other ways to bring my husband we are both in different countries and from different countries too it was so hard to get a marriage certificate in any of my countries due to his asylum status in another country, l request a refund the guy went off the nearly two weeks, l called and was given email to complain thats when he responded and took my bank details upto now no update on when will l receive my money back 10 days later. It might be a small amount but means a lot to me. Im disappointed,

I had a very good experience with Claire, she was very patient and attentive with my immigration matter. I express gratitude that Claire was consistent and courteous, and did her job very well. She was trauma informed, and made me happy throughout the process and supported me in getting a good outcome.

The service was a bit underwhelming and we did not feel that there was sufficient knowledge imparted to justify the cost of the service.
The advisor only addressed very specific points that we brought up, and was not pro-active in identifying important other routes to us that we could have used in gaining the spouse visa and which I found out myself later on. Other important information was omitted which we should have asked about, but which I think the advisor should have brought up and didn't. The response below from IAS makes out that there are too many routes to cover in a half hour session and that they were not relevant. But that is not true, there are just 4 routes available and they could have been summarised for us in less than 2 minutes, but only 2 were even mentioned and all were actually very relevant.

Used immigration service in the past when they were based in Edinburgh and the service was fantastic. This time sadly not the case, only wasted my time. I had a variation of visa needing done which has a tight timescale. I made an appointment only to have this cancelled so a more senior lawyer could pick it up. I was then called one day before my visa had to be in to ask what questions I needed help with that this was an additional service. Absolute time wasters, only positive I will give is the staff I did speak to were polite and friendly

I had a great experience with IAS especially Saimah Razzaq. The immigration team supported my extension application under the Parent route, and I’m pleased to say it was successful. They guided me through every step with professionalism, clarity, and reassurance. I truly appreciated how efficient and communicative they were throughout the process.
The legal team was knowledgeable and kept me well-informed of my eligibility for indefinite leave to remain, which gave me peace of mind. I also appreciated how smoothly they handled the closure of my file and the transparency around my data.
I would highly recommend IAS to anyone needing immigration assistance. They know what they’re doing and genuinely care about their clients. I’ll definitely use their services again in the future.

We got in touch with IAS to help us out with transferring my wife from a fiance visa to a spouse visa. Naz was assigned to our case and did a fantastic job - letting us know exactly what we needed to provide and reassuring us throughout the process when the enormity or the stakes had us worrying. It was quick and easy to get in touch and she would almost always get back to us promptly and with exactly what we needed. We got our positive result back a few days ago and we're over the moon, and I'll gladly contact IAS again when we need to extend the visa.

The team took real interest in my case and this allowed there to be transparency between myself and the staff. Response was often swift by email.

With IAS, My Dream Came Through.
From the moment I first got interviewed concerning my matter, to effecting the recommendations, obtaining an easy payment plan, being allocated, meeting and being supported by one of the most wonderful, warm, and indefatigable advocate and case worker: SHIN LIM.
I make bold to say this organisation is good, and very safe to engage with by all. Please keep up the good works.

My experience was very positive. They are great professionals and will always advise you based on what are your real chances. I am so grateful to them, specially my caseworker Mariam Adebayo. She was always on top of everything and made the right decisions on what to do to be successful with my visa.
Thanks so much !
