Let me start by saying that I use their IBAN both to receive funds and to buy Bitcoin but it is probably not enough for them.

I find this beyond ridiculous, truly embarrassing.

LIARS. False promises, don't deliver.

There are no IBANs, neither SEPA in this service named wtfdirect - only EU card. They WILL NOT disclose that until you pass KYC onboarding, make your way through the half baked app (being patched while you go!), put your money in, try using it as that murky company advertise - only then support guy tells you: "We don't offer this feature" (while it's THE CORE of the service, and they DO boldly offer it all over their website). And then they stop responding to further questions.

It's even more ridiculous how they love commenting reviews here in the tone of blaming people that whatever happens is their fault. Nice company where the customer is NEVER right, let's entrust money to them, what could be wrong?

They might be a great service once, delivering IBAN+SEPA+EU card for non-EU people (even with their mammoth obscure commissions - read e.g. Jade's review). Alas, they're NOT like that anymore. So, TRIPLE CHECK what they really provide if you don't want to lose your time and money - or just keep your funds away from that b#llshit (as I did). You'll never know which key part of their promises (and your financial process) they will silently break with neither warning nor excuse.

Customer did not have any activity on his account for 6 months, leading it to become inactive.
Knowing this, he has contacted our support asking if he can make a refund to a Card that has already been deactivated for the transaction made 6 months ago. He has been informed that its not possible and he needs to seek other refund methods.
Despite our recommendation, he chose to proceed with the refund and amount received was insignificant, this was a partial refund.
It was used to deduct half year of Card Monthly Fees and Account Closure fee of 25 EUR, as per our Fee Structure. Based on customer lack of activity it was clear that we would not have any other chance to deduct our maintenance costs and account closure fee, other than from received partial refund.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY. Pathetic how they try to squeeze you out of your money at every turn. Submitted my passport but customer service told me it was rejected cause it was covered (it was not) but the website told me it’s from a prohibited country. CS told me that in order to resubmit for verification I have to pay the, 5EUR?! What? First time coming across a company that I have to pay for verification if I failed.

Let's start with the fact that you have made several verification attempts. All your attempts have been unsuccessful.
Our colleague described in detail to you what we accept for successful verification of an international passport or a European ID card. You uploaded a completely illegal document and your first attempt was immediately rejected since it was not even an ID card.

After you were again asked to go through verification, but already EXACTLY use your passport and it was prescribed how to take a photo of the document correctly so that the bank confirms it (even at the time of verification, there is a photo example of how to take the correct photos), you take a photo of your passport who saw only half of your document. We would like to inform you that in any business where there is verification, all attempts are paid for the equivalent of 5 euros.
We can't do charity work for potential clients who can't follow the example of how to pass the verification correctly, so the next attempt will cost you 5 euros so that you are already motivated to correctly attempt verification.

Iban stole money

This is unique company in Europe that has blocked the money of ALL Russians. They didn't warn me and didn't let withdraw the money. They didn't even send a blocking email. There is no way to withdraw cryptocurrency. They refuse to provide a letter from the central bank of Lithuania with a recommendation to freeze the accounts of ALL Russians. Support does not respond to emails. People who have fled Russia and have no means have suffered.

Other normal Lithuanian companies warned in advance about the termination of work with Russia and gave two months to withdraw the money. Ibandirect even refuse to provide a letter from central bank.

Scam.

This is the first time I've seen this kind of customer service. They divide people by nationality in 2022 year..

- First of all, could you please write the registered e-mail in our Ibandirect system or your correct name and surname, to check, that we have an active account with you? Because we didn't see any registered account with your name and surname.

The second one, nobody doesn't stole money from Russian citizens. If you are not aware, now all European institutions have frozen accounts for Russian citizens due to sanctions imposed by the EU. If you have a European permanent residence, be sure to write to us and your account will be unblocked. Accounts of citizens of the Russian Federation are frozen for a while, they are not stolen. Even if they were available now, you would not physically be able to withdraw them to your local banks.

We are more than anyone interested in the speedy resolution of this issue, since we have clients from the Russian Federation. We are waiting for a prompt decision from the bank on further disposal.

Please, write your registered email address to check, that you wrote to our support specialist.
Because our support specialist answered on all email regularly.

Also, which letter from the bank you want to receive?

You need to get better acquainted with the policy of financial institutions and how the financial sector works in general, since, unfortunately, you still do not understand how everything works and refer to some other services that are not directly related to us.

The situation was resolved.

All funds for citizens of the Russian Federation were sent to their personal bank accounts.

Not satisfied

First of all I would like to say that you offer a nice service. Bitcoin in combination with an iban is what I am looking for.
However my experience was not that good:
- First of all I had trouble typing my address. It had to consist of three words which is not common in the country where I live. But okay the support assisted me very well.
After that I had to verify my account. Photos were taken in a hurry and therefore they were rejected. I was asked to contact support and after that my account suddenly got blocked. I sent multiple mails to support but still didn't get reply.
I do not want to accuse you from anything, but I am just not satisfied with the way your registration process is handled.
Hope we could sort this out further so I could use your nice service.
