Can't withdraw money from my account, sent many emails. Complete scam.

Tryed to withdraw my bitcoins and ltc both are blocked support doesnt answer .

Impeccable support and despite not being able to carry out my business operations with them, as in the beginning they told me that I could when I realized that it was not like that. They assumed their mistake and did not make me pay for the card and for the closure of the account, since it did not serve me for what I need. If in the future they changed the type of prepaid cards to debit, I would surely work with them again.

Spent several thousand euros with them. No issues so far.

In the beginning they allow you to receive SEPA and later they close the account telling you that you are receiving payment from another person. So why create a bank where i cannot receive sepa payment from another person? Please give me modalities to use the Sepa function of your bank as an individual freelancer

This is the best debit card for digital nomads who works both with crypto and traditional banking. With that card I can spend my cryptocurrency savings (ETH, BCH). There are also Litecoin and Bitcoin but I’m personally do not use it. And also I can receive SEPA payments to my IBAN linked to the card. I’m not a EU/US citizen (I hold Russian passport and I’m living in Costa Rica). I’ve explored many other crypto debit cards. And none of them works for me. Either not available for Russian citizens or not delivering to Costa Rica. So Ibandirect is very unique in that sense. I get my virtual ApplePay card same day and receive physical card in a week to Costa Rica, which is miracle as other deliveries usually takes much longer. I’m happy with this service.
