order was accepted for electric towel rail via Amazon site, Item never arrived, initially i was told stock issue so not sure why order was accepted ? I paid in full, item should of arrived 48 hrs later, never arrived no apology, no communication I emailed them again I was told there was no tracking in place so not sure where item is? I ordered this item using Amazonfor peace of mind, because i've never had any issues with smaller items, i am appalled that Amazon have allowed this company to trade with them, Ibathuk are unprofessional and have no customer service skills. I Wish i'd never ordered not only have i lost money, i have to pay the electrician for a cancelled appointment it has caused nothing but stress chasing an item that was never obviously dispatched..APPALLING SERVICE

Question is where does one start...?
Purchased a vanity basin unit 3 years ago. I was sold by the fact it came with a 10 warranty. Less then a year colour on the unit went from white to cream. The corners start to peel away, and cracks were appearing all over. Straight away I was gutted as it's only been a few years. I called the ibathuk and explained what had happened. I sent images as proof, and was told I have a replacement which I thought great. Now, if your not plumber it's going to cost to have the old one removed and the new one fitted. I unable to obtain a similar unit as it was discontinued and was asked to pick something else which I did. I was slightly cheaper and I was told I will be refunded the remaining amount. I was told the unit will be with in the next day. Instead of the week I continued to receive separate deliveries. Not what I had in mind. Luck for me someone was always homes to accept delivery. When it came to fitting the unit we discovered the toilet was missing. I called ibathuk and explained what had happened, and was told someone will call be back once investigated. few day on, no phone call. Called once again to be told, a toilet will be sent out and will arrive tomorrow. Finally toilet arrive, plumber is booked once again for the weekend. Old unit out new unit goes in, only to discover the toilet is totally smashed. It was clear it had taken some beating because there was loads of pieces in the box. Now I have a half a bathroom and no toilet. Plumber is unable to fit the old toilet because by doing so, he's unaware of the measurements of the new toilet and as a result could cut a much larger hole in the unit. So, now I have to settle without a toilet. 2 kids, wife and myself in a house without a toilet on a Saturday afternoon. I call and explain what's happened and I get told they need to see pictures. I explained I shall take pictures and e-mail them over straight away. While doing so, I would like an ETA when I can expect a new toilet. I was told the warehouse can not give no idea without the images. I couldn't understand how the images will determine the ETA on a new toilet. After over 10mins or debating, and being told no photos no ETA. the advisor received the images. Upon receiving the photos I was told warehouse can't give an ETA. I was told if your receive photos I'll get an ETA. Now you have them why can't I get an ETA? I have 2 young kids, the oldest being 4 years old, and they need access to a toilet. I got told they will not give an ETA. I requested to speak with a manager but no one would come to the phone. The supervisors refused to talked to be me because the issue was escalated to a manage. I have now been on this call for well over an hour with no results. I was told a manager will call by close of business today at 17:30. I asked what reassurance do I have someone will call back? From past experience no one does. I was told kept told someone will call back, and no reassurance was offered. The time was 13:021 when the call ended. At 17:00 I gave up and called to find out why I hadn't received a call. I was told there is a 24hrs turn around and no one was actually going to call back till tomorrow. When I asked why I was lied too, I was told the person I spoke to was new. That can't be right, because she told me here manager said someone will call back but close of business. So what's going on and why am I being lied too? By 17:30 it was obvious the advisor was edger to get me off the call and go home as the business was not closed. I then received a call the following morning from a manager. I was told a toilet will be sent out but wouldn't arrive till Tuesday. 3 days without a toilet. I was offered to purchase a toilet from B&Q and they will refund me the cost. And that would be my compensation. Or I can wait for new toilet to arrive and upon arrival I should call back and some refund will be issued for my trouble.
Ibathuk/Soak.com are the same company under two different names. I wished I had never purchased anything from them. I am currently waiting on my toilet, should arrive tomorrow. The saga continues....

Firstly, I have to say that this report is in no way a negative against Amazon as they have continually attempted to resolve this sad scenario without any luck. I would advise Amazon against using companies such as ibath.co.uk
This is the biggest and most unprofessional fiasco I have Had to deal with in any customer services in the last 35 years Please bear with me as and you will eventually / hopefully not ever use ibath.co.uk in the future.
The story begins: I noticed a problem with my shower tray on Monday 13th and after much searching the net, I decided to purchase a new shower tray and enclosure through Amazon and Ibath.co.uk. This sadly turned out to be the biggest mistake ever.
I purchased the shower tray and enclosure and due to my working hours decided to pay a premium of £43.70 to ibath.co.uk to ensure it was delivered by Friday 18th or latest 19th January. I was looking forward to delivery on the 18th or 19th of January and decided to call Amazon on Thursday 17th to check on the delivery date.
Amazon spoke to Aisha and Alia from ibath.co.uk who confirmed that the shower was in fact being delivered on Friday 18th. This was great news and confirmed via e-mail to our Amazon account but being careful I decided to phone the supplier ibath.co.uk to check it would be delivered as advised. I wasn’t really happy with the response I received, and they didn’t really seem to know anything about my order so I called Amazon back who again confirmed delivery as Friday 18th.
On Friday 18th, my tiler and plumber arrived and we waited, and waited and waited ! By 4pm, I called Amazon who in turn called ibath.co.uk and eventually got through to a “manager” called Emily. When I vented my frustration of the historic events and requested what she was going to do about it, she went off line to talk to her manager and then hung up the phone. It was lucky for me that Sue Dean (from Amazon) had the call on conference and was as stunned as I to just have someone hang up on you.
I decided to not let this ruin my weekend anymore than it had already done as we had received a text and e-mail that we would receive a refund for the premium delivery and the shower was definitely being delivered on Monday 21st…. (Still haven’t received the refund)
Well today is the 21st and the tiler and plumber were waiting with me when finally the delivery men finally turned up at 3,50pm with (WAIT FOR IT ) a toilet cistern and a long piece of plastic trim and 1 shower tray with no fittings or screen. (UNBELIVABLE) I obviously rejected the delivery, sent the plumber and tiler away and called Amazon once again
BTW, Alan from ibaths.co.uk e-mailed on Saturday to say the delivery company does deliver on weekends but failed to explain why he took my £43.70 as premium delivery ? he also said not to get any trades men until delivery was received which was today and the delivery was totally incorrect
By now I am exhausted and confused and have just got off the phone with “Crudjo” a Amazon manager who was helpful enough and promised me a refund within 5 days.
All said, ibath.co.uk have my money and I know have to wait for a refund at their leisure… A TRULY UNPROFFESIONAL AND UNHELPFUL COMPANY WHO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER..

They are all one and the same, not a company I would recommend dealing with. Bought a Vanity suite from them through Ebay, the items arrived with the exception of the toilet pan, one cabinet was damaged, but still usable. Emailed them about the missing pan, some 11 days later they got back to me and said a pan would be sent out and delivered on a certain date, the next day the delivery for the date was confirmed again, so I took the day off work, guess what nothing arrived, but it did turn up the day after, I signed for it and open the box, it was smashed to pieces, the delivery driver took it back with him.
I rang them and was told to purchase one locally and they would compensate the cost, so I did only to get an email that evening to say that they retracted the statement and was not going to pay. I set up a dispute through Ebay for the items not being delivered, which Ebay closed it immediately as Soakoutlet sent them a copy of my signature on delivery. I am just about to take them to court to retrieve my losses.

Bought a radiator from them last week, supposed to be 48 hour delivery. Went on to site to check progress of delivery first thing I noticed was price had dropped by nearly £50 for a radiator that I still hadn’t received. Got on the phone to see if they would at least compromise and give me at least some of the difference. Tough luck was basically the message! I also sent them two emails which have been ignored.
Not only that 6 days after ordering got a text from DX carriers to say my radiator was in the local depot but wouldn’t be delivered for another two days! Is that what they mean by 48 hour delivery, clock starts ticking when it’s in your local depot! Contacted them by phone but got stuck in a big queue, eventually pressed option for a callback, still waiting. Coincidentally when I left a poor Trustpilot review for them I had two voicemails asking if I’d received my order? Well I did thanks after a 32 mile round trip to collect it myself!
I am having my whole bathroom done this year and seriously considered using this lot as a supplier, not now!
Service as rubbish as their products
Bought a toilet from them via Amazon, all looked good when it arrived but when my plumber fitted it he found a hairline crack which just leaked water everywhere, whilst they refunded the cost of the toilet they left me to dispose of their rubbish at a cost of £10 at my local tip plus another £50 diagnosis time from the plumber they weren't even interested in discussing my out of pocket costs, I'd recommend avoiding this company, watch for them shifting rubbish on Amazon too!

Real hit and miss with their products. 5 years ago I bought a 'Waterfall Bathroom Tap Mono Basin Mixer Bath Filler Tap Shower Chrome Tap Sets'
The Basin tap is still gong but the cover of the bath filler with shower fell off with no way to re-attach it.It has also started dripping continuously when off thereby losing gallons of water over the week. There is no way to remove the lever to check & replace any rubber ring or filter that may be worn.
I also bought the Kitchen Tap Pull Out Spray but the whole thing fell apart after a year and I had leaks and water everywhere.
I also bought a separate shower mixer with thermostat which I dont use often but It still seems to be going ok.
Just bare in mind that the quality of some of the products are not the best. I expected better quality for the price I paid.

We have bought a number of radiators over the years from this company and never had a problem, apart from one, when it leak causing it to damage a new shower screen. Without issue they replaced the radiator and also paid out for a new shower screen.
I am very surprised by the negative reviews but this has not stopped me ordering two more radiators today.
Total mess
Total mess! Received delivery, 3 out of 8 damaged. Asked for replacement. They sent it out a week later. The delivery company didn't deliver it they said we refused it which we didn't. Still waiting for that to arrive. Then realise another part was broken. Asked for a refund as bought a replacement locally. They said they had sent me a replacement. I said again I needed a refund and not a replacement. They then replied to say it's too late, I should just refuse delivery and then wait until it was returned and I would get a refund then. Seriously! What a joke! How can they run a business this way?!?!? Avoid avoid avoid
Couldn't have made more of a mess of my order
I ordered from the amazon.co.uk store on the 22nd of Septemeber. It was due to arrive on the 27th of September. The item did not arrive. When I contacted them they said the part was out of stock until October 9th (Even though the listing on amazon said they had 7).
I cancelled the order, they confirmed the cancellation. No refund was received so I called them and emailed them on the 5th of October.
On the email they said they refund would be with me in 2-8 days and confirmed the order has been cancelled. On the phone they said the item has been delivered (even though it is not in stock until the 9th) and no refund has been started. What is going on? No idea.
Still no mirror or refund by the 5th of October.

I have given a 2 star rating just for the quality of the radiators, the experience I have had receiving a delivery off this company as cost me time and money! 4 delivery dates given and taken the time off work to not receive the items. Pretty poor service.

Radiator arrived bent on a monday. I immediately (9.30 am) called ibathuk to tell them and let them know that it was being fitted on Wednesday so I needed a replacement shipping same day. I sent photos in and 3 phone calls later I eventually spoke to someone who, through mouthfulls of food, told me that the as their cut off for next day delivery was 12.00 she couldn't get me a replacement in time. No one at ibathuk actually cares and they won't put you through to a manager to complain. I wish I'd read the reviews here first.

Ordered toilet via ebay. Refused to accept it from courier as it was smashed to smithereens. Messaged them via ebay to tell them, no reply. Spent ages on phone to them. Lad told me a new toilet was on the lorry for delivery. I said I didn't want another one, I wanted a refund. He went off for a while, then came back and said it was all sorted, he had processed a refund and cancelled the delivery. Went out today to come home to another toilet on my doorstep and no refund. Have messaged again, nothing so far.

The LED mirror had dangerous sharp edges and was not of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose. The item is not also CE and RoHS certified. It is very poorly made and should not be sold in EU and for that reason it is not CE and RoHs certified. The customer service is very poor and they find it very difficult to understand their own instructions. I have filled Amazon A to Z case to get my money back. I wish I had looked at numerous one star reviews on Trustplot.com of iBathUK before purchasing the item.

There solution was to charge me £60 extra for their mistakes and misinformation.

After receiving the item from ibath I decided to return it as the quality was not what I required. I paid for the return myself, but trying to get my money back is proving to be harder than any other supplier I have dealt with.
I would never use them again and would warn others to be aware that returning is easy, but getting refunded is not

I was dubious about ordering from this company after reading some of these awful reviews - but went ahead because of the competitive pricing of a sink unit I wanted. I was not disappointed. Instead of ordering online via ebay, I used the telephone ordering service, because I don't have a paypal account - and the whole process was easy and quick.
The goods arrived even earlier than expected - and the item was in perfect condition, so I need never have worried! Thanks ibath!

I am a tradesmen and I always order from them through ebay. Always on time, delivery driver is good. prices of items are really good. had an Issue with damaged item in the past, I phoned them up, customer service team are really helpful, apologised straight away, sent some pictures over, got a replacement within 48hrs. I order 3 or 6 times a month I can't be that lucky all the time.
