Good prices, but atrocious delivery time and lack of customer service.
Purchased from ibathuk which is soak.com online ebaystore. I chose (Parcelforce 48) after placing my order they send it with DX couriers instead....... 6 working days later still no delivery. You think they would put a rush on things like baths and toilets.
Also they do not reply to any emails/messages enquiring about items etc. so not waste your time.
Good prices, but atrocious delivery, non communication, and I felt decepted about parcelforce 48hr delivery method.

I also placed this review on their main trust pilot page which is under the name soak.com, and for some reason the have reported it to trust pilot. I have no clue what there is to report, apart from the fact they my not want anyone to realise they are also trading under/and or are the sister company of ibathuk which has bad feedback for the most part. If trust pilot need any proof of that they can contact me or do a simple google search to find others complaints about the same thing.

Need to go back to school and repeat geography.
Since when did Dundee move to the Scottish Highlands.
They lost out on over £1000 order.

I agree with others they should be given no stars. They list products with incorrect technical information, then take your money when product says it's in stock!!!Then after 6 weeks it gets delivered . Once delivered it's the wrong product not as listed. I have now been waiting 17 days for a refund after it's been collected. Avoid this company at all costs. Trading standards have been infomed. Next in line will be ombudsmen to get my money back. Avoid at all costs

If there was a 0 rating this would be more than they deserve! Ordered any item which they then advised would be unsuitable for our needs and they told us to refuse delivery and we would be refunded for our order. We did as we were instructed. They have now refunded us less £20 for sending the item back and are lying and saying that they told us. WELL NO YOU DIDNT iBATH AND WE HAVE YOUR EMAILS TO PROVE IT. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNTRUSTWORTHY, DO NOT ABIDE BY THE LAW AND ARE UTTER COWBOYS. AVOID, AVOID AVOID OR YOU WILL BE OUT OF POCKET!!!

Purchased a Full En suite Bathroom suite from ibath and I have to say it is all a pile of Junk!!

The Shower Screen is actually Dangerous and I have no idea how it passed any Kind of British Standard Testing?? The Glass is wafer Thin and I am scared to touch it, there are no seals on the Screen so water will just flood out!1 I contacted ibath UK and they haven't even had the courtesy to respond. I will end up having to buy a replacement elsewhere!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CROWD AS YOU WILL END UP LIKE ME AND HAVING TO BUY TWICE!!!

I found the product description to be misleading so be absolutely sure of what you're buying before you part with your money as customer service is poor.

A few weeks back I ordered my whole new bathroom suite from iBathUK via Ebay. Over £1000 spent I decided to Google the company. I came across all the poor reveiws on here and my heart sank. 1* after 1* review. As the order had gone through, and I have protection from buying through Ebay, I gave it a try. All the items were delivered super fast within 48 hours. The delivery drivers even carried all the items down into my garage. When checking over all the items (around 15 in total) we came to notice our under sink vanity drawer box had been damaged in transit. My heart sank again... and the vanity unit was indeed damaged on the bottom corner. I took some photos and on Sunday evening opened a return case via Ebay. As most complaints on this site are about them not replying I thought this is it... this is where they are going to fall short. I was wrong. Joanne kindly emailed me to say so sorry about this, and they she had ordered a replacement to be delivered in 48 hours. She mentioned that sending back the damaged item was not nessesary. A nervous 48 hours passed and after receiving more tracking information my undamaged replacement arrived right on queue.
Maybe my experience is due to going via eBay than direct. Who knows. But from my experience they have been quick, efficient, and all the delicate items like taps, shower, plugs etc all carefully wrapped in cloths, well packaged and boxed. The price and quality are amazing. Do not hesitate to use iBath UK via eBay!

ordered l shaped bath for a job I'm doing and paid for express delivery .
the delivery never came and I now have an unhappy customer due to there incompetence .never ever use this company as they are very bad with virtually no customer service .and give empty promises

Have used i bath 6 times as i am a plumber and i like there shower units had 1 problem in this time they sorted it out and was replaced with in 48 hours they do what it takes to help, will be using them from now on recommend thanks

Just read the negative reviews and I am shocked. I have purchased many times through ebay for this company and absolutely LOVE them. Items are value for money and look great. I have recommended them to so many friends. And as for no communication I had ordered some wrong thermostats for my radiator .....my own fault....and they exchanged them without a quibble. I am thoroughly shocked!!! I order all my plumbing items from iBath.

We purchased a vanit unit with glass sink a couple of months ago. Last week the glass sink exploded for no apparent reason. Luckily no one was in the room as the glass was the whole length and width of the bathroom! My partner emailed ibath uk with photographs and has been flat out ignored! This product is clearly not fit for purpose and is down right dangerous! We have a 2 year old child that could have been seriously injured had she been in the room! Absolutely disgusted with this company.

I have had the very unfortunate experience of IBathUK and wish to god I'd seen these reviews before I purchased what I thought would be a bargain of a shower tray. In hindsight I wish I'd just paid more for the same tray elsewhere and not had to deal with the absolute incompetence of the people and processes of IBloodyBathUK.

First - they lost my order and so that's why it didn't arrive on time apparently, then the replacement they sent broke in transit. Did they call to let me know - No! Then after calling them AGAIN for an update, they advise it would be sent next day. And did it show up? Nope! So I call again for an update and I was told i'd been put in an Aftersales queue and someone would get to my order at some point over the next two days. ER I DON'T THINK SO. I demanded my order be dealt with as a priority and was reassured it would - the lady said she would make sure of this and that it would be dispatched Monday on a next day delivery. I've just called them to see what time it would be arriving today - and guess what - it's still in their warehouse.

Frustrated beyond belief because they actually don't give a sh_t that they've inconvenienced me and haven't tried to rectify the situation. I don't think they give a sh_t about negative reviews either as half the ones on Amazon have been crossed out and don't count.

Good luck if you ignore all our reviews on here and order something from them!

Horribly incompetent. Bought a towel radiator but didn't come with the correct screws. Have ignored emails but we did get through to the call centre for replacement screws. They sent out screws twice and both times they were for different models and didn't fit the radiator we bought.

Ordered 2 taps 1 did not work properly from day 1 the other went wrong after about a month. Begged us to withdraw AZ claim and bad review before replacing them then nothing . Eventually after months of broken promises we got Amazon involved and they promised a refund if we sent them back. After returning the items we were refunded less than half our money and now the ignore all email contact. Small claims court here I come. In short do not buy from them and do not believe a word they say. as they are scammers and full of bovine excrement.

scum dont answer emails when you have a problem with the cheap crap they sell .STAY AWAY

I hope people will read these before ordering . I didn't ! This company has a low rating when it comes to customer service aspects. I received a broken toilet that I purchased via eBay ( thanks god I have eBay dealing with it now) over three emails about returning it and all my polite requests have fallen on deaf ears . No reply whatsoever.
I don't know the outcome as yet but thought I leave some feed back for wiser than me people who actually read a little before ordering on line.
Rest assure if I do get a reply I shall update my comments.

i have ordered through ibathuk on ebay many times( over 10 ) and have never had an issue with them. I had a fault with one shower, ran through it with them on the phone couldn't fix it so they sent another. I get that people have problems with internet orders and most people rant when something doesn't go right but they're cheap and a reasonable quality for the price don't expect to pay a cheap price if you want grohe quality

I ordered a £83-00 radiator from this company and when my fitter came to fit it there were some items missing, I emailed ibath and they gave me a case number 140610 and would get back to me in 48 hours....10 days later I am still waiting for a reply and my parts, the fitter has moved on and I will have to get him back once I receive the parts if I ever do.

Avoid this company like the plague! Returned item unopened at my cost. Never heard from company again. Not only do they have my money, but they have the returned item also. Tried contacting the company many times, they don't want to know. Should be reported to Police as technically theft, though I can't be bothered anymore and just want to move on. Will never use again and will publicly share my experience instead on review sites for others.
