Very bad service
Very bad service. I have lost 100 euro in conversion becouse of them incompetence. I have ordered in the middle of January a sofa aprox 2.200 euro on website and products were in stock. After this I get an e-mail from them and they say they not have an modul from sofa in stock so they could give my money back or they will send it in March. I choose to get my money back because we need a sofa in my house. I get less money back in my acconto so I will not advice to buy from them becouse they are very incompetent.

thank you very much for your feedback. As explained to you in the email, the difference has occurred during the bank transfer while you were paying in our store in a different currency (DKK) than Euros. We have refunded you the very full amount which you have paid in Euros. The amount of the payment which is made in another currency is converted according to the current exchange rate according to the payment option/service you choose and use. The services usually convert the amount according to their exchange rate which you can be informed about in the term and conditions on the service's website - for example, Paypal.
However, the situation is more complicated in how your bank handles the conversion. For payment in other currencies, it may be different and may follow the course of the card institution/service and add some extra percentage, often a fixed conversion fee.
Therefore, get acquainted with the conditions of your bank and your specific payment card. Each bank has different conditions, different within its cards.
When paying in a foreign currency, the exchange takes place in the bank only when it is posted, not when the amount is blocked. And the posting takes place later (in the order of days, or only when the order is finalized / the service is used) and the exchange rate may change in the meantime.
We recommend paying in the original currency.

Needed to contact support several times during ordering process, this should be improved. Delivery was very fast for a huge couch. One foot of my couch is not touching the ground it's hanging in the air 4-5 mm above it, which is a little strange and is a blemish.
