Satisfied with the service of IBK Bike, very responsive people. I ordered Orbea Laufey H-LTD, great price. The delivery time from transferring money to receiving a bike on my address was in cca 14 days.
The package came without visual transport defects or damages.
I would recommend this bike retailer to anyone!

I have currently been waiting 48 days for the e-bike to be delivered and still going. There is nothing good to say about this shop, avoid if you can. Additional pedals promised as compensation for slowness, no laughing matter. You learn from mistakes and I will never use this move again if I ever get a bike. 1 star comes from the fact that the order has been accepted and responded to and that the movement exists at all.

I was a bit nervous sending a large payment to a company I did not know in another country. I need not have worried. IBK Bike have done everything they promised and I am extremely happy with my new bike and the very good saving I made in purchasing from them. I will definitely recommend them to others.

So, as per many of the reviews on the site, the main reason I went 5* is communication. Its a scary thing spending a ton of money on a bike and having it shipped from overseas, but these guys replied to all my queries quick and well and updated me as things progressed. Also, the bike arrived well packaged, without a fuss and in great condition as they promised. I despise DHL and I would have liked to have avoided them given my past experiences, and DHL weren't great but that is not the fault of IBK, so still 5*'s for them. I would use them again.

Works fantastic for UK delivery as all taxes paid at check out, so no nasty surprises on DHL delivery. Highly recommend.

Good range of products and sizes. Very good price. Delivery takes a few days but knew that when I ordered and kept well informed (by DHL) of status.

If you're worried about buying from Spain (like I was) then don't. My bike arrived today in excellent condition, some assembly required, but I saved about £1k on the UK list price for a Levo Gen 3 Comp carbon, in a size that was unavailable anywhere in the UK until next April. I can't wait to give it a spin. Excellent service and communications from Rosi - thank you IBK Bike!!

Update on 2021 review - I had crash damage (my fault) on a wheel of my bike and there is a discounted crash replacement service offered by Specialized. I contacted ibkbike and got a very quick response with my bike invoices as proof of purchase.

I chose delivery by cheaper postal method and then found I had been upgraded to DHL for free. Great.
Dispatched same day as order. Perfect communications all the way.

Arrived after 6 days, a day before the estimate.
Arrived very well packed and mostly assembled, so no need for exotic tools.
Just had to attach the handlebars, fit the pre assembled saddle and dropper, and fit my pedals.
Brakes were already fitted as RHD UK spec with front brake on the right. Perfect.
Had to switch the little mounts for the gear changer and the dropper lever as I like my thumb levers a bit further from my hands than SRAM standard. The L and R legends are now wrong, but the fit is better for me and you can't see unless you look very closely !
Inflate the tyres to my preferred pressure.
Checked the online guide for setup of fork and shock settings and found both were at the right pressure for me (I must be very average). Damping also preset correctly for a good starting point.
Charge the battery ........
Away you go.
