My proficiency level in French was below A1 when I first started. I occasionally had to switch to English because I was unable to form simple sentences, I had trouble expressing myself, and I even had trouble understanding my teachers. Thankfully, Iboux's curriculum design guided me throughout my progress, the learning objectives were precise, and the activities we did in class were engaging and varied. My teachers are also very patient and committed to helping me learn. Although I still do not speak French fluently, I am pleased with my progress and feel that I have made significant progress. I can now write brief essays, express my opinions on various subjects, converse with my teachers without having to switch to English, and I have improved my listening comprehension.

The regular sessions have been so helpful in advancing in French. I'm just doing 30 minute classes, but my teacher uses the time so well. We have a great blend of conversation and explicit instruction. It's one of the things I most look forward to these days!

Terrible booking system. You pay for your classes and then you can’t book the classes. This reoccurring issue has not been dealt with for 3 years.

Signed up for a trial class and the teacher never appeared, even if she texted me she is there. I waited 30min sending her emails and no response.

Please Iboux provide an email in your response where I could get this magic 24 hr reply.
I was a fan, and do the think the platform can work but what has happened to the support ??? I have three emails sent over a week ago with a query and no reply back. No phone number to contact at all. I see someone else said the same.

I'm a French to English translator and speak French fluently, but as I live in Australia I get very little chance to practise and maintain my level of French. Since starting with Iboux a couple of months ago, I've been able to have a few hours conversation every week, which is great. I like having a large pool of teachers, with availability at various times. Due to Australia's timezone being so far away from the rest of the world, it can present problems aligning with teachers, but Iboux enlarged my teacher pool which helped a great deal. All teachers are highly qualified native speakers, and help me in my goal to maintain my oral expression at a good level. The pricing is also very reasonable compared with other similar programs. I can strongly recommend Iboux Academie

I am learning conversational French so I can converse with several French speaking friends. One of them recommended iboux as a good way to practice my listening and speaking skills. I tried iboux and have found it to be a great way to learn. My instructor understand my goals very well and has tailored my classes to meet them. I am seeing good improvement. I highly recommend iboux.

They have a totally improvised and disorganized staff, I do not recommend it at all.

I havent started studying with them however the response time is very bad and there is no way to reach them over the phone.
I am asking for a simple invoice for an amount i paid 9 days ago and they are not able to provide it, not sure what is so complicated about this and why they accepted the payment in the first place, invoice should be automatically provided.

Been doing 30min lessons through Iboux and it's been lovely. The material is easy to follow and it's nice to be able to do shorter lessons so my brain doesn't explode.

My experience with Iboux has been excellent over the hundreds of hours of my learning Spanish. I have my favourite tutors from all over the world which enhances my experience.
