Do not buy from them !!!!Bought hoover from this company . What a waste of money . It’s not as described. Anti hair brush was wrapped in hair after first use . My old hoover is more powerful . They said battery on low mood will last 80 min , well it’s only lasted 16 . On full power you lucky to have it for 8min. I lost £60 as I had to pay for return as they ignored my emails. So this is with help with PayPal resolution centre. I still didn’t get the refund so we shall see. AVOID

SCAM company!
This is scam company, don't buy anything from them and if you bought then report to police, I did as well!
Ordered and money gone, nothing received neither money refunded!
They have no customer service or contact number, only couple of fake emails.
I have also reported them to Egov USA.

Worst company i have ever dealt with
Worst company i have ever dealt with, bought a car jump starter, didnt work, attempted to raise a return form as it says to do so on their website and got no response, had to start a case with paypal and its been going on for 3 weeks as ibuture take so long to respond even to paypal its like dealing with a company ran by a 2 year old, pathetic and useless never use again!!

Update: I was hopeful that based on the response below I might get some service. However, they have informed me that because I purchased my vacuum on Amazon they will not honour the warranty. Jeez, that is even worse!!!
Great vacuum cleaner until it stops working. This company has no customer service. Once they have your money you no longer exist for them.

Lightweight, powerful and reliable
I ordered the JR700 almost 2 years ago via Amazon and it has been fabulous. It's very light to carry up and down stairs. Battery life is much longer than I expected - I can get 3 days use out of one charge. It's easy to empty and the changeable suction is great. It will automatically change to more powerful suction if needed. You can adjust the suction power yourself via the display. Very easy to use. I even enjoy vacuuming now as it is less of a chore. I never thought I would say that!
I have since bought another one for my sister, directly from their website. I've also bought spare filters. Each time the process was efficient and delivery was prompt.
TrustPilot wouldn't let me post a review even though I provided proof of purchase. The purchase was under my hotmail address and the TrustPilot review was under my gmail address. I didn't realise I had 2 TrustPilot accounts! So I'm posting this using my other account and hope it works!

I bought a vacuum cleaner from Amazon which has started to degrade in performance. Tried to contact customer service several times but heard nothing back. Avoid these scammers and buy a decent brand with good customer service and warranty support.

Stopped working after a year
Stopped working after a year. It has 5 minutes battery life. Too bad I was busy to return in in the first 30 days.
The merchant responded and kindly offered me a new vacuum as a replacement.

Customer service doesn't provide any service!!!
I bought a wrong part for my vaccuum cleaner and have been busy trying to return it since a month. The site says: "To initiate a return, contact our customer service team." Well, no answer from this customer service team. After 5 emails still no answer. No service at all. Also no telephone number, so no other possibilities for contact. Very frustrating.
Bottomline: do not order anything at this company!

I purchased a BuTure cordless vacuum from Amazon in 2023. Now in 2025 I would like to buy some replacement filters. Can't. No longer available. On a 2 year old vacuum? This is ridiculous. I don't want to have to buy a new vacuum just because I can't get replacement filters anymore! Will not buy this brand again.

For the second time on two different VAC models the suction tube at the vac head has perished . This happened on both Buture vac after less than six months. Bought a V70 through Amazon
Bought a V70 through Amazon. 6 months later it just kept blocking up and had to change filter every 5 minutes. Then it over heated, made weird noises and finally packed up. Tried a hundred time to contact customer services in every form buy never got a reply.
Stay away from Buture. The vacuum, company and customer services are the absolute pits. RUBBISH, DISGRACEFUL, UNRELIABLE, IGNORANT, DEGENERATES.
STAY AWAY !!!!!!
