If I could give zero stars, I would.
At first, the hoover worked brilliantly and I was really pleased with it. I even took out the three-year warranty they offered, thinking it would give me peace of mind. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Since June, I have emailed them five times asking for support because the hoover has completely stopped working — and I haven’t had a single reply. The warranty has been absolutely pointless, and the lack of customer service is shocking. I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this product or the company to anyone.

No customer service whatsoever. They just ignore emails.
Poor suction power.

They don't take care of it's customers. They don't communicate to repair faulty products. I would not recommend purchasing any of their products. Buyer beware

After only one year of use, the vacuum cleaner started showing issues. Battery would not last more than 20 minutes (even if 100% charged), the dust collector broke and doesn't stay in place, the performance decreased incredibly.
Since I had purchased the 3-years warranty, I tried to contact the customer care many many times to get it fixed. No answer, never.
Terrible experience, stay away from this brand and do not trust Amazon reviews.

Had my buture vc70 less then 3 months ago and it’s broke. It’s been nothing but hassle since I got it with its error lights, turning off by itself, getting blocked constantly!!!!! Worse purchase ever!!!
It’s not unusable as it’s blowing dirt out the fans at the back, it’s literally screeching at me and it takes over 2 minutes to turn off!!!

I bought the Buture Floor Brush for VC70 Vacuum because the listing (and the model code) implied it was compatible with my VC70 vacuum. It isn’t. After installing it, I discovered I also had to buy a separate roller brush just to make the part usable — something the listing never mentioned.

From a customer’s perspective, this feels misleading:

The item doesn’t match the description a reasonable buyer would rely on.

I had to pay an unexpected extra cost to make it work.

It creates avoidable waste, replacing parts that should still be compatible.

I contacted the seller multiple times requesting either the correct compatible part at no extra cost or a full refund (as required under UK consumer law). Communication was slow and unhelpful, and I still don’t have a resolution. I’m now having to escalate the issue through my bank.

To make things worse, the listing still doesn’t clearly warn buyers that newer versions of the VC70 use different internal parts even though the same model code is used. It’s not fair or transparent.

I do not recommend buying this product — or buying from this seller.
If something goes wrong or the item isn’t as described, you may struggle to get support or a refund.

Does not respond to any messages for customer support. Ignores requests for warranty assistance.

After a year the suction pipe broke in half. Ridiculous. Don't buy it .

Terrible product. The vacuum stopped working and is still under warranty. I have emailed the company multiple times and haven’t heard back.
Don’t bother with this company. Complete waste of money.

This company has taken my money and is not willing to make any further contact with me inregards to fixing my hoover, I bought this item 10 months ago and guarantees are normally 12 month but take it your dragging your feet so i dont get anything or a repair and need to spend more money definitely will not recommend this company to anyone, I contact this company many times got all emails, last contact off them was 5th August which i replied to but to this day have had nothing back

Shocking customer service. The product stopped working after 12 months and despite having a 3 year warranty the company did not respond to any of the emails we sent asking for a replacement or repair. I would not recommend this company which is a shame as the product seemed ok.

i would highly recommend you to NOT get this brand at all costs. bought a jump starter that never worked and i have been trying to talk with them for almost 3months and i got no reply so far. seriously this brand seems to hate its customers

I highly recommend staying away from this brand. I ordered a stick vacuum from them on Amazon ie ibuture and after a year the vacuum stopped worked and showed an error. I contacted buture according to the warranty page that came with the product and was told to contact I ibuture. After months of trying to have the product repaired or replaced since it was under warranty o event gave up as ibuture would not answer. I even asked Amazon to assist and Amazon could not help. I had to buy a new vacuum with a reputable name. The vacuum was for my 75 year old mother and she only lightly used it. Do not throw your money away on this brand. The product issue is one thing as things do happen however the customer service and warranty’s are very poor and deceiving.

I purchased a JR700 vacuum through Amazon and after about 16 months of very minimal use, the charger essentially caught fire while charging the vacuum. I contacted Buture to advise them of the situation; initially I was ignored, then when I chased up I was told to contact a different department and then I was told just to buy a new charger. No one has addressed the faulty product or offered an apology.
I couldn't recommend based on the customer service received so far. I will amend this review if anything changes.

The product (battery operated vacuum) performs excellently on my vinyl plank flooring and low pile area rugs.

I have bought two as through user misuse I melted a sectional tube and the contact points no longer aligned and I was very pleased with how the first one worked until I broke it.

When I bought my first one I had an issue with the battery and customer service quickly responded and replaced the battery within days.

I highly recommend Buture as a company and their vacuums as excellent

If I could give a zero star review I would. We bought a VC70 vacuum from them and it arrived in a few days (which is the only positive thing about this experience). The battery and charger were faulty (so wouldn't charge). I contacted customer service multiple times, via email and the form on their website, but have not heard back once. I ended up taking a risk and bought another charger from them for an additional £17. This charger never turned up - it was sent from China and never made it through customs, so has been returned to sender. With no contact from anyone at the company their warranty promises are completley void. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I don’t recommend this company. I bought a vacuum cleaner on their official website, but I didn’t like it and sent it back. After that, they stopped responding, ignored all my emails, and never refunded me. I had to request a chargeback through my bank

Non existent support. It’s a shame because the product isn’t all bad but support and warranty doesn’t exist.

The wheels fell off my vacuum within the warranty period time and because I bought it from a third party they would not honour the warranty. This is not listed on the Amazon site just their own. Which how would you know to visit the site and check that. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. They did not care what so ever and stopped responding to my emails. Would not recommend this company.
