I made a purchase almost two weeks ago for very small item, I asked twice when would I expect My purchase.only excuses. One was due to the Holiday, which was last Month. I’ve made purchases with other Businesses, all came at exceptional time. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this Company?

they don't tell you that you should not use it if you have any metal parts
In your leg because you will get a electric shock and it really hurts,I took it to my doctor and he is going to try get it banned in the uk

They show photos of decent soaps, but when you purchase they change it to some unknown generic brand of unknown quality...And for the amount of money you pay for "food" packages (consisting mostly of poor quality dried noodle packets), they could easily add a LITTLE quality (nuts, V-8, etc.) without really affecting the price. iCARE is clearly about the profit and just doesn't CARE because they literally have a captive audience! Should be illegal!

Because it was over 60 days since I received the item there was nothing to be done. When will I learn not to deal with a company located in China????

Avoid buying from them. Absolutely terrible customer service. Product worked for 6 weeks then stopped charging. They offered to "cancel" my order even though I've emailed 6 times stating that I've been using it and now it's faulty. They sent me a step by step guide on how to put my feet on the mat. Now have told me to return at my own expence and offered a 30% refund.

The day I ordered I emailed for it to be amended I got no response. The service is disgusting.wished I’d just ordered from Amazon.
I do not recommend this company for anything be warned.

Ordered 1 foot massager received 2 paid for two and now cannot get in touch with anyone as regards a refund !!!! No advice note or return address in package either. Really really disappointed in this company !

I ordered a foot massager and by mistake ordered 2 I emailed them straight away to cancel the order and no reply so all in all I emailed them at least 6 times eventually getting a reply informing me that they had already sent them out although they had plenty of time to cancel, so they said I could return them at my expense then gave me some address in the Czech Republic to return the to . Although the company name is icare uk, I have tried returning them at a great expense , but the address in not being recognised and they need vat number and various other numbers that have not been supplied. So I urge anyone not to order anything from this compay.

Very dissapointed , no details of which programme did what and also ....why are some places selling for £8.99 and I was ripped off at £29.99.

The item that we purchased which is for knee-therapy It is GREAT. It is like going to a physical therapist office. We love it.

This unit is not what as advertised, please don’t waste your money

I received half of my order. I want my money back.

I canceled an order using the email address you provided within minutes of submitting it. I received no response. You sent it anyway, then you tried to keep sending it monthly. I emailed you numerous times to stop the recurring order and received no response. Then you charged my credit card again. I emailed you again, and you finally cancelled the order and credited my account. However, the credit card company is still showing this is a recurring charge. I better not see it again.

Knee massager is good, not sure how effective it is on bone on bone arthritic knee

Was not impressed by the product, and did not like the idea of paying almost 1/2 of the products purchase price. You then offered a partial refund and keep the product. That was the offer I accepted.
