I ordered 1 of the Nag Champa Body Spray, received 2. Two different prices as well. Smells great though! Is this the pattern with online shopping now. I also ordered 1 pair of earrings, received 2 pairs from another company. We all know that customer satisfaction is too much of a frustration to even bother with anymore, so good for you. First and last time customer.

So I used to love there products. I went on their site to browse and saw that the witches brew body oil was on sale and I bought two bottles as I’m always afraid they are going to discontinue something I love. Got the bottles and opened one there was no scent at all I shook it made two other people smell it as maybe it was just me no scent opened the second one and it smelled rancid. Completely unacceptable sadly they lost my business.

I placed several orders with them, but eventually lost confidence in their service. With each delivery, numerous items arrived damaged, leaking, or unusable. Candle cans were bent, body oils and sprays broke open and leaked out. Their customer service became unhelpful when I requested replacements or returns. Later, I investigated further and discovered that most of their products are available directly from the original manufacturers or businesses or even on Amazon, two of which are only a 30-minute drive from me. I prefer to support local businesses rather than a company that simply resells goods.

The first time I ordered everything arrived and it smells lovely. I placed another order for christmas gifts, but the tracking showed it just going back to them. I had to keep chasing for a refund which I got. I decided to order again,I do love their Witch body sprays, and again, the parcel went around in circles for ages. One item arrived in the end so hd to chase and chase for the rest of my order. They were quick to reply,but it was just so disappointing having to keep chasing. Sadly I shant order again,which is a shame,

Placed an order. I item came broke and the second one broke and i wore it for the first time.
They dont want to refund me. I will call my Bank tomorrow and dispute this and make a complaint at the protection of customers.

I ordered the essential oil spray for my hair. It’s ok- nothing great. The checkout was quite confusing, and I couldn’t figure out how to put in a discount code. After going in circles, I checked out and realized I ended up with with two of the product instead of one. I looked for a cancellation button so I could start my order over. There wasn’t one. I immediately sent an email asking for my order to be fixed, explained how there was no cancellation button and finding where to add a coupon code was difficult. I emailed them the night before it was shipped asking for this to be fixed.
The next evening- I received an email stating it had already shipped so they couldn’t fix it. I reiterated my story- this came to no avail. I had read the story of how they started and wanted to support the business. I’m sorry I didn’t research reviews further.

If I could give this NO STARS I would. The Jewellery rings in particular SOLD as Genuine silver is NOT. They are Rubbish Dont bother to buy from this company. It is Chinese Junk. Disgusted that this company fronts in US when its actually rubbish in China.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I ordered winter witch body lotion, Sage eye cream and a few trinkets. Love the lotion, my skin is soft and this cream smells amazing. I want to try all the seasons. The eye cream hasn't made a whole lot of difference in my appearance so far. I've been using it for approximately 6 weeks. My only gripe, I'm in Canada, so the exchange rate and shipping fees are outrageously high at this time! Not

I ordered two of the brass burners from India and WOW they are incredible. When I saw how small they were at first I was bit confused but their daintiness just adds to their charm and they are beautifully made.

Ordered bamboo kitchen spoons and they are lovely. Excellent customer service.

I placed an order and haven't recieved it and it's been almost 3 weeks. This has happened before, but I eventually was able to cancel the order. This time I've reached out via email multiple times and not gotten a response. The phone number on their website does not work and a chat message I sent never got a response. They are the absolute worst. If they'd be a little more transparent and let you know when/if there is an issue fulfilling an order, they wouldn't be so bad. For a company touting spiritual beliefs, they certainly don't seem to follow them.
Edit: finally got a refund after I disputed the charge on my credit card and the credit card company went after them. Promptly got a refund after that.

Very recently I tried to purchase some perfume from this company. When it came to the order the drop down menu did not have Ireland on it. I tried the "Republic of Ireland" and "Eire" but they did not have that either. What is going on here?

I bought some mugs there and all are solid and tough, but color is littler change otherwise fine

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I had ordered a set of candles a while back, they came within a reasonable amount of time, no issues. Well, this time I ordered 3 items. 2 of them came on time but the third item took about a month to get to me and customer service had no answer or anything. Just "thank you for your patience". The 4th time I contacted them they sent me a tracking number from a Chinese website. Now, had I known the item was coming from China I would have never ordered it. Now I'm stuck with a cheap, WAYYYY overpriced item because I'll end up losing money by the time I ship it back to China. Never again.

I ordered soap, lotion, candles and a necklace for my mother and they sent her CAR WAX. So pissed. Overwhelmed by holiday orders maybe but still- sloppy and made a bad Yule gift.

*Update* They did apologize and eventually send my mom what I ordered. Not going to order from them again but they DID make it right. Upgrading from 1 star to 3.

I have been putting a lot of time online. I just work at the comfort of our home and I have been browsing all day. I find this website an interesting one. I was captivated with their designs but when I turned to their home page I see lots of better ones. This is now added to my list of favorite places to shop!

Love how their theme looks for this month! I am an avid customer ever since and their feed looks amazing. I would probably save another money for their newest collections.

I am so excited about their newest collection deals! I always make sure to have some time for me to check every update from this shop. They have great collections and of course, I am impressed with how to find each product's quality is.

They have a lot of unique things that are exactly the theme I wanted to go for. I also like the fact they won't rip you off your money. I find it very easy to shop even online. There are a variety of items to choose from and I couldn't help but plan to have their items soon!
