Excellent service from start to finish. From ordering to installation.
Two very pleasant lads who got on with fitting my stable door , which is fabulous.
Very happy with it, will be using them again for a new front door in the near future.

What a great company to deal with! Professionally and yet friendly, considerate and very much customer focused. Couldn’t really ask for anything better. And the products and fitting service was excellent. Will definitely be using I C Davison again for more windows in the near future.

The 2 guys who came to fit our doors were great cant fault them.the doors look fab! We are very pleased with them .couldnt be better.will recommend this company👍

Can’t recommend this company too highly. Have just had a new composite front door installed and it has exceeded our expectations. From start to finish it has been a pleasure with everyone we have dealt with - professional, helpful and friendly.

Must say a very big “thank you” to Dale who installed our door. He is someone who obviously takes real pride in his work and has done a beautiful job. Seeing his immaculate finishing has made us realise just how well this can be done - no gaps or messy sealant!

Having been let down by another local company being unable to give me an installation date to meet my requirements to tie in with some other major work, I contacted ICD. I was apprehensive as I’d not spoken to anyone who had used them before. They managed to install the new French doors with 2 days to spare. There was a slight issue during installation but this was quickly resolved to my entire satisfaction. I’m very happy with the end result and the advice I received.

Excellent in all aspects.
Large number of installations done for us. Some problems with customer service last time but all was resolved.
This, final and large installation went perfectly from start to finish. Graham and Jamie were really efficient and worked hard in difficult weather and did a great job.
The windows look absolutely terrific.
All in all a very happy experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend IC Davidson.

IC Davison are the great choice for any customer. They have a fine range of products, their installation fitters are so very helpful, efficient and caring, and the customer service is second to none. The work carried out at my 94 year-old Mother’s home was again exemplary; they minimised disruption and left everywhere clean and tidy. I can’t recommend this Company enough!

Products fine - we've had almost our entire house glazed by them and things have been OK in the past; but things have changed in the past year.
Large windows ordered deliberately in summer to be fitted before the weather turns nasty (we live in high and exposed position) initially part fitted on 5 August - at which time we paid in full. (Even ordering these quickly to ensure they were fitted as soon as possible in the Autumn was more effort than it should have been and required many phone calls)
We are still waiting for the installation to be completed, now November 22.
Exceptionally poor customer service, phone calls not returned on many occasions, promised return phone calls not made, no indication that your custom is in any way valuable, both managing directors off on the same day so unable to escalate a complaint - and they clearly have no interest at all in their customers.
Would not now use them again.

Update to IC Davison response:
It is not misleading to say that "things have changed" as this current and ongoing installation is becoming a nightmare.
Your use of the term "minor snagging" is open to interpretation. Replacing one third of the glazing, all external trim to be done, all external sealing to be done, all sills to be finished, ensuring that current water ingress is resolved? Not minor in my opinion. Not even "snagging". It's completing a half finished job
You have not come out on a "few" occasions. Just once, this when the wind was excessive. (That still leaves 111 days since we paid in full for this installation). We have not had 111 unsuitable days.
We requested escalation of the complaint 5 days after initiating the complaint (Friday 18 November) and after a further phone call (Tuesday 22 November) when were told to expect a phone call back within 5 minutes. The THIRD phone call (2 hours after waiting the five minutes) was when we requested escalation. I presume that we represent the 1%.
Sorry that both directors are too busy with other things to make a phone call to a "valued" customer to apologise and ensure that everything possible would be done to expedite a resolution.
It is disingenuous to suggest 24 November "wasn't suitable". I checked the likely weather. Predicated 45mph winds would have led to an abortive visit and even greater wait.
A mistake is reordering the wrong sized replacement pane - something that we accepted.
Poor customer service is not prioritising getting that pane fitted as soon as is practically possible after it is delivered to you.
Poor customer service is not responding rapidly to a complaint.
Poor customer service is not phoning back when you have promised.
Poor customer service is a director not taking the time to phone and even apologise when there is a clear catalogue of problems and an escalated complaint.
As customers who have spent a great deal of money with your company we DO NOT feel valued.
The 2 star revue for customer service stands.

I have had a heavy duty stable door installed and it looks absolutely magnificent. The quality is there for every one to see and it has been admired by every one who has visited. The company is approachable with no hard sell and the fittters who installed the unit were very professional. i have had a couple of minor problems with a lock but Graeme has quickly sorted

IC Davison supplied and fitted sash windows to our property. Customer service was very good at all stages. There was no hard sell and communication was precise and timely. All employees we dealt with were very friendly.
The windows look great and authentic. The price was quite reasonable.
There were a couple of minor problems that emerged after the installation. These were scheduled and carried out as planned.

Excellent service. A simple process from beginning to end. The installation was very good and amazingly quick. All of the staff were friendly and professional.

Replacement sealed units fitted. The quote was competitive and the team arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently. All in all a very positive customer experience and would not hesitate in using IC Davison again.

The guys that fitted the door(and also the chap who did the measurements) were friendly,polite and efficient.my front door was fitted quickly and without fuss or mess.first class service from Davison’s and their staff.

When Dan ,the salesman, first came to see us we were charmed by his terrific personality and non pushy explanation of the product and process. That in itself would not have been enough for us to have parted with our hard earned cash. We were further impressed with the quality of the door and the price. There was excellent communication either by phone or email with the firm. Everything went according to plan and the fitters came spot on time. They were extremely professional and I am delighted with the finished door. I would highly recommend this firm . Good luck to them in the future as they deserve to be extremely successful.
