I had a new door installed last month and I am over the moon with it. Communication with the team was fantastic. They were so patient with me even when I changed my mind about 5 times!! They also slotted me in earlier than the original plan as were aware I needed the door as soon as possible. The installation team were great and did a fantastic job . I’ll be honest I was quoted a cheaper price elsewhere, but I felt such confidence in this local company that they would deliver a quality product and install it without issue. I’m also a single parent and it was a lot of money for me . They certainly didn’t make me feel that my work was any less important than other larger jobs. I love my door and I’ve had loads of compliments. Thank you

We are very pleased to have had double glazed doors and windows supplied and fitted by this company. They were fitted with the minimum of fuss and mess. The operatives were very cooperative, polite and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, We are extremely pleased with the quality, price and workmanship. The office staff were also very polite, cooperative and professional. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.

I was Recommended IC Davison by a close friend and despite being approx 75 miles from where I live , this was “not a problem”. They say the first interaction is the “ moment of truth “ and I can honestly say that moment was flawless, Mandy is the admin professional and she managed my query seamlessly, ensuring the director Dan called me back, and very promptly I might add. I wanted to order 4 metres of anthracite bi folds and nothing was an issue. I was given first rate advice and guidance by Dan himself , what I consider an unbeatable price and whilst facing another lockdown due to COVID , I was also given an unbeatable timeline of 4 weeks for delivery to my home.

Sept 2020. All our old house windows and doors were recently replaced with updated double glazing. We would recommend I C Davison and it’s good to support local businesses too.
We researched double glazing companies carefully before choosing, talking to neighbours too. We find word of mouth recommendations are generally accurate and Davison’s is well thought-of. There were a few hiccups but they were quickly solved; the work was done effectively and on time.The team tidied up and were happy to help regarding any queries. My reason for not giving Davison’s 5 stars?....we’re all struggling with the Covid pandemic so face masks are essential, plus hand washing. We didn’t see a lot of either from the installation team...😟😷.
However we’re happy with the results and would use Davison’s again.

I contracted this company to supply and install 6 windows in February this year.
I window tension spring faulty 2 windows draughty company call them snagging faults when they are actually faults. Tension replaced and thicker brush fitted to stop draughty then I find fitters had glued the window together told by director just an accident more like careless. Director keeps saying good customer service I disagree strongly had to have 2 windows repaired again, no apology for inconvenience just interested in his money which was paid in full and when due over £4000 Don’t go local poor company. Got evidence to prove this and at this cost windows Should have been perfect first time he was contracted to supply and fit windows

Read through various review sites before contacting many different conservatory companies regarding a solid roof conversion. I investigated many types of roof but IC Davison fit an excellent timber framed version. It has class leading u values and was fully explained by Dan and James. The fitting team were absolutely excellent, efficient, attentive and extremely accommodating with any requests. The completed job is first class and time will tell how energy efficient the conversion will prove. What started out as a roof replacement ended up being a full conservatory with top rated argon filled Low E Super glazing panels. The METROTILE light shingle roof fits in perfectly with my original house roof. Overall very satisfied with the work completed and can highly recommend this company.

We hired this company to change a few windows. The job was done to a very good standard. The work was prompt and the advise given were valuable.

Previously used I C Davison to supply and fit a Front Door, had no hesitation in returning to them when wanting 2 windows and a set of French doors with side window. I was not disappointed, the service from the outset, from initial enquiry, site survey to installation has been first class. The tradesman who conducted the installation were very friendly and did an excellent job... I would highly recommend them

Got two new doors, front and rear, fitted last Friday.
The service I received from measuring up to fitting has been second to none. Fantastic product, excellent service and helpful, friendly and knowledgable staff!

Recently used IC Davison to install new windows and front door to our new house. The service was first class and the team were very friendly. Left the place tidy and completed job in given timescale. :-)

I used I.C Davison in the past for replacement of a conservatory roof with a new warmlite one and they carried out the job brilliantly and therefore had no hesitation in returning to them for a new window and the replacement of a garage door with frosted patio doors. From start to finish everything was carried out with the utmost attention to detail and efficiently from Neil who did the design and survey to Harry and his helper in fitting the windows and doors. Everything was cleared away including my old garage door allowing me to get on with decorating- thank you everyone - a brilliant job. I will continue to use you in the future.
