I placed an order on 11 December and was emailed later that same day to say it had been shipped. Should have been delivered on 13th December but never arrived. They use Evri, who have now admitted it is lost. I have asked Ice-grippers to send me a replacement, but they have ignored me. Appalling customer service. Will never buy from them again

A great customer experience
Carl offered hugely helpful advice and went to special lengths to ensure my parcel was shipped the same day (as I needed the item soon) even though it was well past the cut-off time. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a great little free gift with my purchase. Couldn't have asked for more.

Ice grippers for all the family
Choice of sizes in the ice grippers, managed to get some for myself, 9 year old and 6 year old, and all in stock. The storage bags were also a good purchase.

Mine was a modest purchase
Mine was a modest purchase, which I managed tio get sent to the wrong address because I mis-typed the postcode. This was sorted out quickly and without drama. I cannot fault either the product or the customer service.

Good product, quickly delivered
I ordered some ice spikes for my running shoes. They arrived quickly, with good communication and a free storage bag included. Much better quality than the cheap alternatives available on Amazon etc.
