I ordered some ice spikes for my running shoes. They arrived quickly, with good communication and a free storage bag included. Much better quality than the cheap alternatives available on Amazon etc.

The order arrived quickly (less than a week), although we ordered from Switzerland! We were very happy about that!

Well I couldn't give more than 5 stars although I'd have liked to.
Really top quality product at a good price and fast delivery too.

Excellent Service. Haven't actually tried them out yet as we haven't had any cold weather but they look good.

The product itself (sold as ICESPIKE) works well... but, HUGELY over-priced for essentially a set of 32 screws. these are branded elsewhere as KoldKutter Wader Boot screws, available for £6.95 for 30 screws. Icegripper customer support have no justification for the inflated cost. Don't get ripped off, I did.

In response to the reply that these are made by IceSpike in New Hampshire... are you SURE about that? As, In the interests of testing, I purchased products from another companies - and all are identical - same material, shape, size, thread... I'd go so far as to say they are in fact the same (except a fraction of the price). I'll get that video review sorted for you (I'd forgotten about that, so thanks for the reminder).

PS - I've at no point refused to engage. I didn't take your call because a) I'm busy b) I much prefer to keep things in writing, I'm sure you are able to discuss in writing just as well as over the phone and c) you've already made your position of indifference abundantly clear on previous communications.

I wanted a pair of Yaktrax Dianond Grips for the upcoming winter but wasn’t sure of the correct sizing. I emailed the Company and Carl was very helpful re finding the correct size. They were delivered quickly and were indeed the correct size. I haven’t tried them on snow or ice yet as winter is still to come but they certainly look like they’ll do the job.

Waited two weeks AFTER PAYING NEXT DAY DELIVERY.
Got fed up waiting so emailed and they forgot about me. Very disorganised and lacking professionalism.
Got a refund after contacting as I threatened to open PayPal dispute.
Snow and ice disappeared now so a waste of time though technically they should have offered me the item free with free next day delivery to make up for the lack of care

With cold weather and ice on its way I bought the Icespike - Deluxe Package and ICEtrekkers Diamond Grip and very happy with them.

Delivery was quick and included tracking details - which is always useful but not included by all shops.

I bought a pair of Ezyshoes-Xtreme from Icegripper and after about 25 days one of them broke. I wear these for about 45 mins, twice a day, to take the dog walking over muddy paths and fields. I contacted Icegripper who contacted the manufacturer who, I quote, said, "products which are not cleaned thoroughly of debris after use and left to air dry are not covered under any product guarantee or warranty". How they knew how I looked after them is beyond me. I had sent a photo of the broken one taken immediately after use and before cleaning.
However I am pleased to say that despite no help from the manufacturer, Icegrippers are sending me another pair. So whilst I might not recommend Ezyshoes-Xtreme I certainly recommend Icegrippers

i HAVE HAD A PAIR OF THESE ICETREKKERS CHAINS FOR A FEW YEARS NOW BUT LOST ONE ON A MOUNTAIN CLIMB IN THE LAKE DISTRICT SO HAVE GOT ANOTHER PAIR. ICEGRIPPERS PRICE FOR THESE WAS GOOD AND DELIVERY WAS QUICK.
THE CHAINS THEMSELVES ARE MADE OF A VERY ROBUST RUBBER OUTER FRAME THAT STRETCHES AND FITS OVER THE TOE AND HEEL OF YOUR BOOTS, THE METAL CHAINS GIVE GOOD GRIP ON COMPACT SNOW AND ICE. YOU CAN WALK ON TARMAC AND PAVEMENTS WITH THE CHAINS STILL ON WITH NO DETRIMENT TO THE CHAIN. A GREAT PRODUCT.......PROVEN AND TRUSTWORTY

I have spine injury's and I have to be really careful I do not fall and this product is perfect for me as I am assured with my icegripper on that I can walk safely.
They were delivered fast and at what I consider a reasonable price.
I would recommend this product to all.
The company should be proud of them self's.

Bought for my Husband in preparation for more bad weather, but not had to use yet. Ordered online & speedy delivery, kept updated . Well done.

Looked for boot ice grippers. Found perfect solution, good price, ordered, rapid delivery (beat the thaw anyway!) and the product does exactly what it says on the web site. Very happy. What's not to like?

My Icegrippers arrived after only one day !
A pity the Ice and Snow has vanished before I could put them to the test.
At least they are ready now for any future spell of bad weather.
I have now fitted them to a spare pair of shoes ready for such an event. They fit perfectly, although I did have to struggle a bit to put them onto the shoes - my hands aren't as strong as they used to be (86 years old last Sunday !!).
I did speak to Carl before purchase and he helped me choose the correct size for my shoes. He was very helpful and I recommend him and his product(s).

So I showed them the icegrippers. My previous Yax Trax were okay but these appear more durable and the rubber does not make contact with the ground so they can be used on for running on rocky trails or bare sections of road where the snow has melted... I felt totally safe, even running downhill, on ice... Correct to size for ordinary shoes but remember that to fit over trainers or walking shoes you will definately need to go up a size as the rubber is thick and hard to stretch over the thicker soles...

Good purchasing process and prompt delivery. When we had a problem with a product it was replaced straightaway with no need to return the original!

A very good product , makes you feel safe with these, not like the cheap ones that are on the market that slip off very easily, these stay on and work. Dispatched very quickly also

I'm almost disappointed the ice has melted, because these ice grippers are perfect for getting through it safely. Good price, quick and communicative service, recommended without reservations.
