Terrible service from this company they…

Terrible service from this company they delivered an order this morning with key high cost items missing and then charged me extra delivery costs for the small value items.

AVOID THIS COMPANY I AM A NEW CUSTOMER AND WAS TREATED BADLY BY CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!

Had a online order today ordered lots…

Had a online order today ordered lots of food but reason was 2 x 24 coke cans to heavy for me to carry was in stock when ordered but when delivered out of stock will not be using iceland again,this is definitely a management problem,they will probably go just like,woolworth, w.h.smith, and all the rest high street shops.

I placed a online order for my Christmas food for me and children 5 days before Christmas the order didn't arrive although they took payment I spoke to customer service the day after to arrange another delivery time they could not contact the store and said to me they would write a email to the store they would contact me within 48 hrs I waited and there was no phonecall to rebook so I phoned the customer service again they tried the store with no answer I had no choice but to then cancel my order. Because I needed food for Christmas I never received my payment back untill after the new year. I am a single parent on a very tight budget this resulted in us having the worst Christmas and new year ever I will never use Iceland again customer service is a joke.

Long-standing customer, falsely accused of theft

For decades, I had happily used my local Iceland store. That was until one day, not too long ago, when its manager saw fit to falsely accuse me of committing an act of theft. Curiously, no efforts were made by this individual in reporting the alleged "offence" to the police. Nevertheless, he appeared happy to gloat that he had published my photograph (although I do not know to where), labelling it as that of a thief.

The search for some form of redress from the company on account of this mistreatment has, at least so far, hardly been an experience which might be described in positive terms. My initial correspondence was misplaced - despite it having undoubtedly reached head office. A response, when it was eventually received, sought only to brush away the concerns that I had expressed...

I've orderd from iceland for years now…

I've orderd from iceland for years now I'm a pensioner with mobility issues and don't go out much, I orderd for delivery on the 21st Sept waited but got a text message saying due to unknown circumstances delivery will be late I thought ok ill wait longer but I did pay for same day delivery, never had this problem before, but my food never turned up at all, couldn't ring as they shut at 6pm, l was really mad because they never explained why, so I rang next morning a woman answered and said the wearhouse manager isn't picking up and she said she'd emailed them so they should ring me straight away they didn't, so I rang again said she talked to the manager and my delivery will be today between 5&7pm so I'm waiting again they said the van broke down and said my number wasn't right to text me rubbish!! They sent me a text saying it would be late so that's a lie, I hope I get it today as promised or im escalating it tomorrow there is no quality with them anymore too many customers and staff that don't care not all but some,I'm disappointed my order was for £90 so I'm not letting this go update didn't get my delivery today again disgusting.

Iceland Stoke Newington branch needs…

Iceland Stoke Newington branch needs restaffing 2 Indian/Asian girls on the shop floor when I went in today ... The one at the till was completely useless and acted like she didn't want to be there and the girl in the glasses who was doing her collection for online shoppers was ignorant and useless and a safety hazard all in one

Maggots in Beans

Brought iceland beans and when opened them to coom to give to my 9 month son just about to serve them to him there was maggots crawling in them - Absolutely disgusting they were still in date till October 2025

I like their ready meals as I was using special ready meals companies
Iceland ready meals taste nicer
They are larger portions and they are cheaper
The food in general is good quality -much better than other food stores

Have certainly lost me as a customer

Have certainly lost me as a customer, went in for hot cross buns as they have had a reputation for being the best but as a British Christian no cross. Manager explained to make them inclusive, I am extremely sorry but hot cross buns have been made for many years at Easter when Jesus died on the cross and that is why they exist today. Christians don't mess with other religions and their holidays and traditions so why do you think it is okay to mess with ours. So goodbye Iceland I hope your crossless buns bring you down, just absolutely disgusting!!!!!!

Iceland have promised me my card with money on it ..and very embarrassed when my card did not work at the till ..I phoned they said they would send it out ..since September ..I had an elderly party do next week but promised the card would arrive beginning of Oct then december this is my card my money . ..rose fanning ...,,,

extremely bad home delivery service .

order shopping they took my money with no communication. I had to chase till next day a day later they still took money off from my account anyway knowingly they had no intention to deliver but still took it i had to chase for a refund to my account.

Iceland Watford

Iceland Watford.

I am still waiting for an order given a time slot between 4 hours ago (10:00) and 2 hours ago (12:00). It is now 14:10. The answer on the phone (many times) is 'we don't have the drivers', as if I suddenly won't mind that my fridge has no food in it, and I can't feed anyone. A takeaway was the only remaining option.

At no point was I informed, other than a signal on the website saying it had already been delivered. On my next call to Watford Iceland, I was told to ignore it 'that always happens when we run a little bit late'.

The only reason I am still waiting is that I know it will be agony getting a refund from them if I cancel.

Abysmal.

Iceland wont allow me to say exactly what I thought of their £4 Chicken Keivs......Ordered these on a home delivery shop...they are about as big as a chicken nugget, for £4 I expected something half decent. Don't buy them on line as you wont know what you are getting until they arrive.

After ASDA BIRKENHEAD refused my £1.00 coins we went to ICELAND opposite and I asked the cashier on the till if they would accept my money, no problem said the girl after I had explained what had happened in ASDA.

GUESS where I will be shopping from now on....

Delivery is abysmal now

The cost of the food is way more expensive than it was not long ago, the cost of picking packing has gone up in price by 20% and the bags Iceland use are not re usable.
I tried putting an official complaint in regarding the delivery and was completely ignored by Casey in the customer services.
It’s penny pinching at its worst.

£5 OFF voucher is NOT £5 OFF :-(

I order each week and the service is great. I've chosen to log-in and give 4/5 because I'm annoyed. I 'qualified' for a £5 off reward!! Great - I spend £60 a week, so that's a nice little bonus. However when you enter the voucher, the FREE DELIVERY is changed to £3, so you actually get £2 off. Don't say £5, if you only get £2! Out of principle this has annoyed me. Will I keep ordering - YES. But is this sneaky and misleading - YES it is. Come on Iceland, you are better than this!!
