Terrible experience
Terrible experience, terrible support, terrible response, terrible business just out to get your money:
Multiple times I contacted support for assistance with one of my packages, as to which the support ticket must of only been briefly glanced over by each agent as the solution was none satisfactory and not what I asked. I then wasted £50 on a service that was misconfigured.
Multiple times I have now requested cancellation and not had confirmation of this, they are constantly trying to remove different values of money from my account that don’t even match the service cost.
I would strongly recommend avoiding at all costs. Amateur organisation with amateur staff

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. I've thoroughly investigated the information you provided and, unfortunately, struggle to see the issues you have mentioned.
Going through your support ticket log, you've only reached out to us twice in the past via our ticketing system (which is the only place we provide support, as mentioned in our Terms of Service). The only relevant issue I can find to the above is when you contacted us outside of business hours before proceeding to close the ticket 30 minutes after, last month, leaving us unaware that this issue was still present until seeing your review now.
Cancellations are dealt with on a daily basis and have now also been confirmed. Please check your email for information relating to this. Lastly, I have also investigated your statement, "they are constantly trying to remove different values of money from my account that don’t even match the service cost", and can confirm that all invoices generated to you are correct and match the product(s) selected by you.

Perfect host
Even though i have the smallest and cheapest server package they have for RedM, their support is amazing.
Fast reply's to questions, and they helped me out alot with setting it up.
I kept running into a problem (on my end) and when asked how to fix it it took 5 minutes top and i was able to connect to the game.
Would reccomend this host for everyone
