I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend who had had knee surgery. I bought the one with the motor so that compression was applied as well as cold. It works really well and I would fully recommend it

Reduce swelling after major operation.
Arrived neatly on time and neatly packaged. Each ice pack packed separately with all the instructions on each package. Clear and precise directions for their usage. Easy to use and with safety in mind. Using them for about a week now and beginning to see a difference. I purchased them to help reduce swelling after a full knee replacement operation.
