Great customer service! Friendly helpful staff when I called them. Delivery time was very fast - ordered Friday lunchtime and it arrived by lunchtime the next day despite it being a bank holiday weekend

Excellent Product
I have just had a knee replacement and this Aircast cuff and bucket with the lid that plugs in to the electric which applies pressure to the cuff to keep the cold water around your joint has really helped me out. I use it every two hours for half an hour, this has really reduced the swelling and pain. I would recommend this as it has genuinely helped to reduce pain and swelling.

Happy experience.
Swift delivery. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong sized cuff. One phone call later, and the item arrived the next day. the person that I spoke to was very efficient, polite and friendly.
