Icepure is a Great product
Icepure is a quality company with great customer service. My unit works great. My wife and kids love the hot, cold water options. Ice is always on demand. The hot water comes out at about 165 degrees farenheight. I use it to sterilize the babys binky quickly when she drops it on the floor. My daughter is 11 and makes her own ramen with the hot water. My son loves ice in his sweet tea. The crushed option is also a hit. Thank you

Missed delivery
My delivery of refrigerator filters was originally promised for 2 days ago. They didn't show up and I got no messages nor explanations as to why. Now after digging, I find out that they are in Connecticut, and the message says the new arrival date will be updated "soon". This is pretty poor customer service.
P.S. Icepure hopped right onto my issue and my filters were delivered the very next day, they also contacted me personally and worked to make everything right. The filters were packaged well and work perfectly. I apologize for jumping the gun and am changing my review to 5 stars. I will definitely order from Icepure again. Thank you, Icepure.

YD-ZB001 no longer working properly after 1 year
I purchased the YD-ZB001 water cooler/ice maker unit a year ago and unfortunately, it is no longer working properly. The water cooler is no longer producing cold water, and the ice maker has also stopped making ice.
We've really enjoyed the product up until this issue. I was in contact with Iris at service@icepurefilter but for some reason the communication stopped. Please help!

Don't do it
Product arrived with ice maker not functioning. Cooler leaks as soon as the ice button is hit. No response from. Customer service emails after sending questions.

Ice pure is a lying bad company
Ice pure replied to my last post here saying they would reach out to me with help, but never did. I just want to be able to replace filters on a machine I bought a year ago. Bad lying company. GO WITH ANYONE ELSE!!!!
