I had a mixup with delivery and the Iris in customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful. Great company, so refreshing to interact with actual humans concerned with the quality of the products they sell in this day and age.

I purchased one of their three-in-one water coolers with a ice dispenser. And 9 months after purchase the ice maker stopped making ice.. still under manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer doesn't want to do anything to fix it.

Thank you for this tool! I didn't have to spend $90 and rip apart my refrigerator to put a new housing unit in for the filter. We appreciate you so much!

The faucet on my reverse osmosis system had developed a leak after three years. Aurora at Icepure customer support responded to my concerns, and has promised to send me a replacement. Her response was timely and efficient. So far, so good! When I receive and install the new faucet, I will post another review.

We had ordered back in early 2025 for ICEPURE's water filter replacements but since we later moved onto using a new pitcher, we started using different filter. So ICEPURE ones were still intact but since the return period was over by the time we wanted to return it, we were worried what we could do for a return and refund. Then, we reach out to ICEPURE's customer service and Aurora was one of the representative who was very helpful and was able to help us get a refund upon approval of the order and product we had on us. Aurora helped greatly in making sure things go smoothly and we really appreciate the assistance!

Thorough description of procedures

It was fast shipping, we REALLY needed it quickly because the ice had stopped working

I received one of a three-pack of fridge water filters that was missing the safety plastic wrap. I informed the company and they refunded me for the unwrapped water filter despite it likely being Amazon's fault for re-shipping a returned and opened product.

The product fits the fridge, and the price was right. Shipping and delivery were quicker than expected.

This company responds very quickly to any questions or issue. Amazing service and quality products!!

Your add said buy one get two when you order ice maker reset tool. I was supposed to get 3 but only received 2. I sent 3 emails to you through PayPal and no one would respond. I turned it over to PayPal for investigation and PayPal said you did not respond to them so they gave me back my money. Definitely will never order from you again!

Identified the one I needed and got it to me promptly.

I bought the key to set the LG filter housing receptacle before replacing the filter. It kind of hard to find this on the internet. But it works. Thanks!

Delivered on time wonder if another type can get the sand out found some in toilet tank maybe I need something with more filler or different kind thanks for questions

I had purchased a 3 pack of ICEPURE water filters in 2024 from Amazon for my refrigerator. The 1st one worked normally the remaining filters wouldn't allow water to flow at all. I contacted their customer service and it took a while to get a response but I did get replacements and the 1st one is working normally. A dedicated customer service 800# would be a huge plus.

Iris Took care of me and knew exactly what she was talking about and I appreciate her so much thank you so much and I’ll do business again. Definitely recommend.

I have ordered from IcePure multiple times and never had issues. This time I was sent the incorrect filters for my refrigerator. I emailed and Iris with IcePure responded quickly and remedied this situation. I received the correct filters within a couple of days. Iris was very quick to respond and was very helpful.
