I contacted IC Markets because I was disappointed that I couldn't connect my MT5 account to TradingView, as that combination has always been my preferred way of trading. While the feature wasn't available at the time, the support representative was understanding, professional, and assured me that my feedback would be forwarded to management for review.
What impressed me was that they actually listened to customer feedback instead of giving a generic response. The communication was friendly and helpful throughout the process.
Apart from that, I've been satisfied with the trading conditions, platform stability, and overall service. It's good to see a broker that takes client suggestions seriously and looks for ways to improve its offering.
Overall, a very positive experience and excellent customer support.
