I rarely have to contact support

I rarely have to contact support, because things just work. However, I had to update some documents and it was all done, problem free in under 5 minutes - PERFECT!!!

Instant Support

Genuinely got logged out of my account started panicking and thought someone change the authenticator 2fa but they quickly reset and let me in my account and saw everything was fine. W company

Using IC Markets for a few months

I have been using IC Markets for a few months, and so far I am very satisfied with the service. It delivers everything it promises, and in my experience, the customer support team is efficient and responsive. When I contacted them with a question, I received a helpful answer within minutes.

Excellent support

Excellent support. The agent answered all my questions quickly, clearly and professionally. They helped me understand the differences between MT5, cTrader and TradingView, and guided me step by step to the right solution. Very patient, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you for the great service!
