good support

I'm new in the Industry and I don't have a real account yet, but I can tell you one thing about this company, the support section is great, they are answer you and help you very well and very fast, so if I'm going to have an account someday I'll definitely buy it from ICMarkets!

Great experience so far!

I just opened my account and shortly after an access problem occurred, I contacted the support center and the agent resolved my issue promptly, and within two minutes I had regained access to my account. Absolutely recommended! So far, my experience has been excellent.

Very fast, absolutely decisive.

Very fast, absolutely decisive. I had a problem uploading a PDF file for profile verification, but assistance was really on point and completely understood everything, and on top of that because that problem they boosted verification process to let me recover time lost for that problem. But, what you expect from IC Markets after all.

Been using ICmarkets from 6 months…

Been using ICmarkets from 6 months without any issues so never had chance to test thier support team but had an issue with withdrawl(issue on my side) and contacted support on live chat, agent Nelly responded within 1 minute and helped me clarify everything quickly and easily.. Thank you
