Avoid at all costs - They took my money for a service they never provided.

I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with iCompany Malaysia. I paid them RM299 for a specific service that was never delivered, and they have refused to issue a refund.

Here is a timeline of what happened:

On September 23, 2025, I paid RM299 to iCompany after receiving a notification on their web portal to prepare and submit my company's Unaudited Financial Statement to SSM. I even confirmed with their hotline that this was the service the payment covered, which is documented in our chat conversation.

The very next day, I asked their support team to confirm the submission. They replied that the statement had already been submitted. However, when I requested a copy of the document for my records, they told me they had not prepared or submitted it at all. They had lied about completing the service they were paid for.

When I demanded a refund for the undelivered service, they flatly refused. This is unacceptable and unethical behavior. They took my money under false pretenses and have failed to provide the service as promised.

I have all the documentation, including proof of payment and screenshots of the contradicting chat conversations. I will be filing a claim with the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (TCCM) and lodging a formal complaint with the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN).

Please be cautious and save yourself the trouble. There are better, more trustworthy company secretaries out there.
