Professional handling and arrived on time.

Would like to have a feature where approximate Import taxes are shown at the moment of payment.

Parcel sent before financial details completed despite request not to post until complete.
Courier company did not abort delivery when asked to do so by company.
Parcel currently held by my Customs authority awaiting payment for a parcel that is not required.
I am considerably out of pocket as awaiting refund while company attempts to locate parcel.
I awarded one star as unable to award none.
My review has omitted/ excluded unfortunate elements like staff sickness and communication difficulties.
I would be unlikely to use this company again.

Delivery was speedy with a quality delivery firm.Not used the product yet but it seems to be really well made. I look forward to using it in the summer.

The shipping was done very poorly and hope it wasn't damaged. Was not in a box was just put in a shipping bag and sent to the states.
Hope it works when I need it when the shtf. Don't you have a distributor here for your products?

Very well made product and prompt delivery

Great customer service. Black Friday week UPS didn't even try to deliver to me they took it straight to a local shop.
When I told customer service that I'm disabled and would be unable to leave the house for a few days they repeatedly tried to get a redelivery, unfortunately this was ignored by UPS and I had to pick it up when I was better.
I stillappreciate how hard they tried.

Great products, great service, good prices when on sale. Used the wayfarer for our group of five people on our base camp Everest trek. Worked a treat, just had to protect it from frost. Definitely recommend the products and the company. Also used the cube and Jerrycan.

I received excellent communication from this company. I did not know how this purchase would go since they are in the UK and I am in the USA. Instead of being in the dark about where my package was in the shipping and customs process, I was delighted to be informed all the way along. I wish I had known sooner how easy it was to purchase from this company!

As for the product i cannot say if it works well or not, since i purchased this ,with the intention of using it ,when theirs no more clean water available, thus the reason why i anticipated it will be in a sealed unit,This was not the case.......

This company has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in many years. I ordered my product and they claim that it was delivered to my home. I have a Ring camera that covers the front porch area and DHL never made the delivery. I live in upper income, gated community and had other things delivered same day. I have never had anything stolen from our private porch area. The company refuses to send me the product even though I paid for it!

This peice breaks so constantly and consistantly and regularly - its a shame you guys havent actually fixed the technology of the spout - ive had 4 break over the years in the exact same way. Love the rest of the product but its a shame you guys havent fixed something so obviously poorly designed
