Ridiculous shipping taxes
I bought the lifesaver bottle, The product works as intended, there's some leak from the bottom, even when well tighten.
The reason why I'm voting is because of the shipping, which i had to pay 57€.
The website has no estimation about the shipping cost. That's ridiculous.
I though a tax would have been 5€,not 10 times higher.
I contacted the help service and they just said there was written about taxes not taking any fault about what happened

We're sorry to hear you've had a negative experience in this instance. As we explained over email, at checkout, we do warn our international customers that import duties may be incurred on receipt of the order. As seen below:
"Who is responsible for local duty and tax costs?
All shipments will be delivered on DAP delivery terms, subject to Incoterms 2000, the receiver is therefore responsible for local duty & tax."
Unfortunately duties will vary for customers, so we were unable to give an indication of how much yours would be.
