Great product and fast delivery. We live in a high risk earthquake area and this has been a great choice for us.

Purchased a Lifesaver Jerrycan Pack with the shower hose attachment for an overlanding trip. The Jerry can is solid, fairly simple to use. Looks pretty solid and durable. Reason for four stars rather than 5 amount to cost (fairly expensive but it if lasts will be worth it) and the shower hose attachment piece leaks horribly at the connection site, wasting a significant amount of water. I have added two small o-rings to the connection which has improved the leakage markedly. Lifesaver should probably include such rings or revise the connection

Had a response from Lifesaver. Apparently an o-ring is supplied with the extension hose, which is good because of the above mentioned leakage,
I looked back through my packing but didn't find any in my order. Easy solution for me as I had spare o-rings lying around and will carry spares with me as they are obviously easy to lose
Appreciate the response. Would give 4.5 stars if that were an option

These replacement parts are for a product with only 9 months use so the quality is very low.

Excellent communication with the customer from purchase to delivery. The products are excellent as well.

I’m using it for MotorHome to avoid buying plastic bottles. It’s fantastic, the water is crisp and fresh, no hint of chemicals/carbon or anything else, just like fresh bottled water. Amazing, and leaving aside health and environmental reasoning, it will pay for itself!

They had the charcoal filters in stock and were expedient on carefully packaging them and sending them out.

Although I think the can is a great idea, it lacks great function and it's not tough.

It has a weird shape which causes it to to be awkward to pump and use when its in the pouring position.

its fallen over twice while moving my van out of my shop to park on the road first time the pump handle broke. the second time the pump itself broke. ( realize the falls were my fault ) but still disapointing as I feel like if the pump is the weak spot the can or pump should be redesigned. Can't recommend this until such changes are made
its overly heavy ( which im guessing makes it strong ) but has very weak links such as the pump.

currently after paying $400 thinking it would be useful if the world goes to crap, I feel its part of the reason the worlds going to crap. poorly made crap that's way over priced!!

in all fairness the water does taste good, but i've only used it to filter crappy tap water so far .

I received an email alert when the item I wanted was back in stock. From that point forward all the steps--purchase, tracking, and delivery--were clearly communicated to me and executed well.

Haven't used it yet, but finally a company like LIFESAVER made a jerry can that has some important features. Great to have it foil sealed due to storage issues. Water prep storage is vital and this companies features built into this water storage container is a survival tool above the rest. An insulated outer waterproof shell cover would be nice. I may have to make one for hot days.

Excellent and quick response to their customers. The Lifesave jerry cans were sold out in South Africa and they were ok to send it all the way from the UK.

I ordered an item marked as "in stock", however the order confirmation email informed me that there was a supply chain problem and my order will be dispatched about 2 weeks late. I got in touch with the company to find out whether they will be able to deliver my item by specific date. I didn't take "we will do our best" as an assuring answer and asked for cancelling my order. Soon after I've done it they sent me a tracking number followed be the email saying that they already dispatched my order and if I no longer want it, I can send it back so they can issue a refund apart from delivery costs. I'm feeling conned by this company and I won't recommend it to anyone

Thanks for the excellently packaged Family Emergency Preparedness Pack. I received it today and feeling much better since recieving it as it has given myself and my family reassurance of taking care of water needs if there is a future grid down situation. Customer service was brilliant and fielded my questions last week whilst my order was being prepared. I also purchased a Lifesaver Cube for extra flexibility. Keep up the great important work!

Complete lack of communication. Nowhere in the ordering process did it indicate anything over than five days for processing. I notice they were not shy in taking my money on the date of ordering, which was 8-20-22. I sent an email regarding my order which I received no response to. I had to call overseas and reach to Pleasant lady on the phone where she informed me they were 14 days out from date of purchase. She indicated as soon as it shipped I would get a shipping confirmation email which I did not receive instead I received the survey from lifesaver. Their products are very expensive compared to other items on the market. I’m guessing email notifications or responding to an email is unreasonable. I am not an unreasonable person, but when I spend over $500 on some thing and weeks later I have nothing to show for it other than what I’ll be billed for making an overseas phone call makes me question if I need to call my credit card company to notify them.
